Mason provided excellent service from start to finish. His attention to detail was outstanding, and he responded to my issue very quickly. What really stood out was that he took the time to call back and make sure everything had been resolved properly. Great way to get a brand new high spec…
Great way to get a brand new high spec vehicle with a refresh every 6 months or so. No need to worry about insurance/road tax etc.
Unlike some other reviewers I have never had any trouble with return conditions and have probably had half a dozen vehicles under the membership

Great service
I used Pivotal for around seven months and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. They were incredibly easy to deal with, communication was clear, and the car arrived quickly in immaculate, spotless condition. I had no issues at all during the term, but even if something had come up, I was completely confident it would have been handled quickly and professionally. The return process was just as smooth and well-managed as the delivery. Overall, a very professional service and one I’d happily use again and recommend to others.

Best in the market for subscription vehicles
It is good experience I had a range rover for 22 months they are a good company to deal with when servicing the car or when in a accident they give excellent support I mostly spoke to Ashley in my time what a wonderful agent she was always helpful like family so I would highly recommend these people for a peace of mind and good service

It was something I joined ages ago., but never thought I'd use it.
It was something I joined ages ago, and didn't think I would ever use it. But the Christmas offer and the lovely car that turned up, really changed my mind. My only negative thing is the car won't charge on the main stream chargers, but will do at home. Also the limit on the miles, 1500 per month, is at least 300 to 500 per month too low. Otherwise, it's a thing of brilliance.
