worst app ever ... traffic sign has a bad explanation , hazard videos are sh** don't spend your money on this ...

Utter disgraceful… no response from customer service emails. I feel let down that they are robbing teenagers money. My daughter paid for unlimited tests, she is a student !!!

How can you live with yourselves conning people

They take ur money, which is £49, for free resits and then they say u have to do mock tests to get the free resits but they take your money before you reach the criteria to get what you have paid for.
I wrote to them complaining and they said they couldn’t do anything and wanted me to pay another £30 just to do it all over again don’t buy from them it’s a joke and a scam.

App has no learning content despite specifically saying it does. When I complained I was told Ive done the test questions so can't have a refund. Had to borrow a laptop to access the content and learn everything in one single day. Nobody answers the phone or emails.

Absolute scam gone to book another theory test after paying 49 quid for unlimited resits and no one answers the phone after leaving name and number multiple times and even sending an email gone onto they're website no where on there to book resit and asks for 49 pound again with unlimited resits do not use this company!!!

I should have read the reviews beforehand—what a terrible, profit-driven company this is. Your customer service team is utterly useless and never bothers to answer calls when needed. The rules regarding the mock test and pass protection were not clearly explained. I scored 40/50 but wasn’t allowed a resit because, apparently, I didn’t have pass protection.

So, what exactly did I pay over £40 for? If the resit wasn’t included, I would have just paid £23 for the test alone. The representative I spoke with offered a so-called "goodwill gesture" but then asked me to pay an additional £23 plus £9. How is that fair? What a scummy thing to do. Any reputable company would offer a resit or refund under such circumstances. If you guys answer your calls I would of got some sorts of clarification

It’s clear this company prioritizes profits over customer care, preying on hard-working people. I regret not reading the reviews earlier and wasting my money. Hopefully, others will avoid being scammed the way I was. Enjoy your profits scamming people

This a complete scam preying on innocent children, who search for booking their driving test and get taken to this site. I stupidly paid as he had done all the rest and I assumed it was the official site, but no. It is only in the small print that it tells you under what terms you can resit. Not v useful for someone requiring extra support with reading!! Absolutely furious now as I have now looked i to this myself. He is in tears. I have no idea how this scam can be accredited to anything (other than providing this kid with a massive life lesson about scam companies preying on unwitting children). Shameful.

You can’t rebook unless you shell out more money. You can’t get through to speak to anybody and they will not call you back. If you do not use their revision platform you will not qualify for re-sit. Not clear when signing up.
SCAM STEER CLEAR.

Three days on and five left voice messages later, no response, even though they claim to respond within 24 hours. No email reply either.

Please save your children’s money and avoid this mob at all costs

This is a complete scam. I purchased for my son who logged in and followed all the instructions.

He sat his test and unfortunately failed. Went back in to the portal to rebook but access is denied.
No response from their customer service team and noone gets back to you on the phone.
They say they are trusted by Trading standards, don't believe this as we have just reported them.

Please please stay away! I knew it was to good to be true.

Used for my car, bike, HGV and most recently bus theories. Learning materials are excellent. Questions are very similar to the real thing. Hazard perception is harder than the real thing so if you can pass here you'll smash the actual test.

I accidentally repurchased the car package instead of the PCV CPC package. Dropped them an email and they refunded quickly. Excellent service all round. Thank you!

Complete scam , charge you £55 then once all signed up it’s another £15 to unlock the apps to complete all the revision that entitles you to the free resit , nothing about this until you’ve paid , don’t waste your money

I paid £55.00 for unlimited theory tests, but they only booked one test. Unfortunately, due to a family emergency, I was 15 minutes late and couldn’t take the test. Afterward, my unlimited account was locked. I then had to pay an additional £14.99 to unlock the app. When I inquired about my next test, they asked for another £49.00, even though the actual test fee is only £23.00.
I emailed them, stating that I’m willing to pay the £23.00 fee they lost due to my personal issue. I pointed out that I had already paid £14.99 on top of the initial £55.00 and suggested paying the shortfall of £23.00. However, they responded, insisting on the £49.00 payment.
Firstly, they charged me twice for the same unlimited access for 365 days. Secondly, although they lost £23.00 because of the missed test, they are now demanding an additional £49.00. This is a complete scam and trap. Avoid at all costs. It’s just a waste of money.

I paid for the unlimited theory test . I failed but when I went to rebook it wouldn’t let me. They said I didn’t use their online mock tests enough , but I used my theory test book instead and now they won’t let me book my theory again without paying , I feel I have been conned as there was nothing that said this when I paid for it and I want my money back !!

I booked my son’s theory test with this company but he failed first time trying to rebook but can’t get a link I have rang the helpline 20 times but just get a answer phone leave a message and no response or call back a total waste of money and a total scam stay away from this company

Paid for my sons theory test £49.95 with this compnay. Have not sent any details of the date or time of the test. All the sent was a email saying its booked. Even phoned doncaster test centre up and they have no knowledge of this. When I mentioned the compnay involved the stated they have had nothing but problems with this compnay. And to ask for a refund. I will take legal action if I do not get a full refund. No booking was ever made by this company. They send aload if rubbish via email to you to make it look like they are proceesing your application but it never happens scammers avoid. And these people are still trying to get out of it stating the test is booked. Yes the test is booked as I have now had to pay £23 to go through the government official website and yes he got his conformation email straight away from them with the test centre details and date and time. Which driving theory 4 all fail to do. They rip you off by taking your money and never book a theory test for you. They send aload of rubbish via email. With no details on it you can't even login and does not confirm your test centre or date and time. They state you do your theory with them load of rubbish as you have to go to a registered centre and they do not have these.im actually filing against them in court if refund isn't issued scammers

My son bought their driving theory for £55 he received a message saying his test was booked, and for him to look at his email. He didn’t get an email and after several unanswered calls we still do t have any information about his test which is apparently happening on the 5th April. What a complete waste of money. If you want to respond and actually tell him the details of his test he is called Jacob Hind but I don’t expect to hear anything. Perhaps you may like to offer him a refund so he can rebook with a reputable company

Paid £55 and they are refusing to give refund. Total rip off. Not clear on the details and hid most information. DONT USE THIS WEBSITE.

Paid £55 for multiple theory tests for my daughter so she was under no pressure.
Unfortunately she failed and despite several emails and even more calls..
‘Staff are always experiencing lot of calls leave a message and we will get back’ - no one ever does!!
Such a scam!!
Beware they expect you to download their information over the official driving theory apps.

Worst company my family have used and they lie they don’t let you re sit it for free even tho I only got two marks wrong they wanted me to send documents off and do loads of bull s even know they sold me a lie
