Große Enttäuschung nach meinem Deep-Plane-Facelift und der Eigenfettunterspritzung

Am 21. Oktober 2025 ließ ich bei Dr. Kamil Manav ein Deep-Plane-Facelift sowie eine Eigenfettunterspritzung unter beiden Augen durchführen. Ich hatte große Hoffnungen in diese Behandlung gesetzt. Leider bin ich mit dem Ergebnis bis heute sehr unzufrieden.
Nach der Eigenfettunterspritzung entstanden unter beiden Augen auffällige, hügelartige Vorwölbungen, die vorher nicht vorhanden waren. Auch meine Hamsterbäckchen beziehungsweise hängenden Wangen sind weiterhin vorhanden und wirken auf mich sogar ausgeprägter als vor der Operation.
Da ich mit dem Ergebnis große Probleme hatte, wandte ich mich selbst erneut an Dr. Manav, um über eine Korrektur zu sprechen. Mir wurde Hyaluronsäure für die Vorwölbungen unter den Augen angeboten. Aus meiner Sicht brachte diese Behandlung keine zufriedenstellende Verbesserung. Eine andere konkrete Lösung wurde mir bei diesem Termin nicht angeboten. Auch hinsichtlich meiner hängenden Wangen fühlte ich mich nicht ausreichend unterstützt.
Besonders traurig macht mich, dass ich mich nach der Operation selbst um Hilfe bemühen musste und mich mit meinen Problemen allein gelassen fühlte. Ich hatte mir nicht nur ein schönes Ergebnis, sondern auch eine angemessene Unterstützung bei Schwierigkeiten erhofft.
Ich teile diese Erfahrung, weil ich anderen Menschen helfen möchte, sich vor einer solchen Operation gründlich zu informieren und mögliche Ergebnisse sowie Korrekturmöglichkeiten genau zu besprechen. Meine persönliche Erfahrung war leider von großer Enttäuschung geprägt.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr. Kamil Manav and his team, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with my decision to choose him as my surgeon.

I underwent a mid-face lift, lower neck lift, lower blepharoplasty and fat transfer to my nasolabial folds. As someone who had very specific expectations about the results I wanted, finding a surgeon who would genuinely listen to me and understand exactly what I was hoping to achieve was incredibly important.

Before booking my surgery, I requested two separate video consultations with Dr. Kamil Manav, and he very kindly took the time to FaceTime me on both occasions. What stood out to me immediately was just how kind, patient and attentive he was. He listened carefully to everything I wanted, answered all my questions thoroughly and never once made me feel rushed. He took the time to understand my vision and reassured me that he understood exactly what I was looking for and was confident he could achieve those results.

His kindness and reassuring manner made such a difference. Travelling abroad for surgery can feel quite daunting, but he made me feel completely comfortable and confident in my decision. When I met him in person, he was just as lovely and attentive as he had been during our consultations. I really appreciated how much he listened to my personal preferences rather than simply telling me what he thought I should have done.

I also want to give a special mention to his coordinator, Ertan, who has been absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. He is incredibly kind, friendly and helpful, and nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. From my initial enquiries through to my surgery and recovery, he has always been there to answer my questions and offer reassurance whenever I needed it. The communication and support have been excellent from start to finish.

I am currently six days post-op and healing really well. Although I still have quite a lot of swelling, I am already extremely happy with how everything is looking. The photographs taken immediately after surgery, while I was still on the operating table, showed exactly the results I had been hoping for, which really demonstrated how carefully Dr. Kamil Manav had listened to my wishes.

What I appreciate most about Dr. Kamil Manav is that he is not only a talented surgeon but also a genuinely kind, caring and compassionate person who takes the time to understand his patients and make them feel heard.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Kamil Manav to anyone considering facial cosmetic surgery. My experience has been fantastic, and I am so grateful to both him and Ertan for making the entire process so smooth and reassuring.

I’m now really looking forward to seeing my final results over the coming weeks and months as the swelling continues to settle. Thank you so much to Dr. Kamil Manav and his wonderful team!

From the moment I landed until the day I flew home, my experience with Op. Dr. Kamil Manav and his entire team was completely seamless—and honestly, he was freaking awesome!
Dr. Kamil is a genuinely warm, happy, and approachable person, but incredibly skilled and professional. During my consultation, he really took the time to listen to my goals. First-Class Aftercare: The post-operative care was top-quality. Receiving daily check-in messages made me feel monitored and valued throughout my recovery.
Respect for My Support System: My mother accompanied me for everything, and the team treated her with immense warmth and respect. Every step and care instruction was thoroughly explained to her, which brought us both so much peace of mind.
If you are considering cosmetic surgery, look no further. Op. Dr. Kamil Manav is an absolute master of his craft, and I cannot recommend him and his incredible team enough!

If I could give more stars I would.. from initial enquiry with Ertan who is absolutely full of knowledge, care and kindness always available to answer any questions he booked everything for us and it all ran smoothly.we didn’t have to worry about anything Ertan organised it all for us. Our driver is so nice and friendly once again always ran smoothly never any delays.. and now onto Dr Kamil Manav.. just wow.. I had a deep plane FL/NL & endoscopic brow lift. He is just an amazing genius.. kind & caring. I’m one week post op ready to go home tomorrow and all has gone beyond & above my expectations.. hubby had upper Bleths done and they look fab.. Dr Kamil is not only a magnificent surgeon but also a great human being. I have multiple procedures from him in the last few years and I have never felt more comfortable and confident. Came to Antalya and decided to have deep plane face&neck surgery on 27.2.26 my whole experience was excellent from start to finish surgeon fantastic all staff were brilliant very helpful and understanding hospital lovely would definitely recommend Dr Kamil and his team .

Dr Kamil is amazing, had a Mommy make over November 2025 and am returning March 2026 for Implants and Facelift. The whole experience last time and so far this has been outstanding! Ertan is amazing as Dr Manav coordinator he answers day and night and puts me at ease everytime! Even going alone this time.

When I met Dr Manav he made me feel relaxed and confident with my decision. The procedure was short, painless and good value for money. Most importantly I am so impressed with my eyelids after so many years of droopy skin.

Absolutely fantastic surgeon and team. Was looked after from months before and still in contact now. Have had two surgeries now (breast lift, and 360 lipo and tummy tuck) The scars from uplift are barely visible 11 months on and tummy tuck (3 weeks ago) is healing well (despite a complication - I developed a cold/flu shortly after and the continuous coughing/sneezing resulted in wound dehisense). On meeting Dr Kamil Manav, he instantly puts you at ease. Ertan, my coordinator was attentive and was available at all times to answer the numerous questions I had!

My whole experience was fantastic. Starting from the begining the coordinator was very knowlegable and approachable answer all my question with high knowledge of what the procedure would include. Price wise was very fair. The dr himself was amazing he listened to what i wanted and did exactley that. The level of care i recieved not only from dr kamil but his staff and the hospital was 2nd to none. It was alot better then our nhs! After my op when i arrived home the coordinator was still in contact with me aswell as the dr to make sure i was healing ok and to answer any questions i had. Dr kamil is a fabulous surgeon. He did my eyes surgery been 6 days .he did such a good job really pleased with the service very comfortable. He is such a nice human being. His associate was very very helpful.any question I asked answered straight way. I go again for my further beauty surgeries. Loved the experience 10 out of 10.

Doctor Manav is a lovely man and an excellent surgeon. He has an excellent, experienced support team who make you feel comfortable and supported. I mean every one from the driver to the nurses.
