I am 60 years now , it was first time I attended 3 day workshop stretching almost 10 am to 6 pm .
Al though 1st day I was bit hesitant later it took me to full energy level. Also seen the recorded session .
one more time , Then eventually I joined USM master classes in october 25 . It is really fabulous and price worthy as follow-ups with coaches are disciplined.

While I was not finding the solutions to my dreams due to lack of motivation negativity around me. I had come across Dr. Meghana's session and did get attracted to the program due to her explanation about brain functions and why the solution is not an instant gratitude based. I started both USB and USM journey by just blindly trusting. While All humans do trust anything when there is no light seen at end of the tunnel. I started my journey with the blind trust and started to see the stability in my thoughts. It is easy to attract negativity but positivity takes perseverance and that is what is happening with daily hand holding with me. I am rating this based on my experience for past one month based on how stable my thoughts have become. All thanks to push from Dr. Meghana and team.

I have been in Dr Meghana's community since 6 months . Being practising the process consistently has given me the lots of clarity , confidence in my life. And the best part is you can always use the process and courses when ever you have problem and coaches will do an amazing job to make you get results for your life time .

I want to thank Dr Meghna and entire team for a wonderful series of process created to come out of the emotions holding you and regular practice session with clarity along with question & answers sessions. This journey has empowered me with the techniques to overcome the thoughts and rewiring the mind and am getting better and better in my actions. The structured course is an awesome tool to raise the awareness and act with integrity and design the way to achieve the goals. Highly recommended to people who really want to win over themselves to create the desired results for themselves.

Experiencing change with Dr M.
The best part about this course is the community, the doable exercises and the real-life fun example and experiences. The breakout rooms and the feature of having one-on-one sessions with coaches really help to feel supported and gain trust in the process. It took off the edge of having to do everything on our own from our own perspective only.

The program is made very effective way for the mindset which is very difficult to change. Highly effective and transformative

i got insights about my personality and how to build connection around it… i have not done mba but the teachings are more than learning doing a full time mba and helping somebody is the end goal which is love and contribution to better world and society

Dr. Meghna really have the knowledge and she is amazing and the way she teaches the small things which create a big impact is fabulous i would definitely recommend her. She is one of the gr8 coaches i have seen in India thank u DrM for the value addition u are making in my life

Attended the introductory workshop (Rs .99/-) on 26 Oct 2025. It wasn't live as advertised, it was a recorded workshop. I have no problem with just this but the problem is with the introductory workshop being a platform to sell her other workshops. She did mention a few useful points but that was just an intro, didn't mention how to stick to it or implement it. I agree it was a small 3 hour session where all points cannot be addressed to the fullest. But definitely a lot more could be done without wasting 2+ hours on promotions out of a 3hour program. Seeing how this workshop went, I'm not convinced to take the next level workshops.

I am giving 3 star cuz let's be honest meghana I know this was a starting low ticket of funnel. The whole session was recorded and not live as u promised in ads . It was live recording from simulive You have more expensive products to sell. I'll be honest 2 hours were spent in warmup and promotion and 1 hour was informative. I am not sure wether to buy your next product or not cuz I have already purchased one ...

Attended the introductory webinar of 3hours and its such a drag I would say. Kept talking about problems and problems that everyone faces. Promoted as magic pill for all problems and applicable for everyone. Tired of these webinars, claim they are worth lakhs but for today offering for such less price because of some emotional reason and act immediately by paying

Attended Dr.Dakshit 3 hours seminar on 31 Aug 2025 by paying Rs.99.
It was completely a let down and didn't find any value for time spent or money spent. An honest suggest to Dr.Dikshit, " People are paying and attending your masterclass,so rather than just upselling the entire time in the video, provide valuable and insightful content. Your content should speak for its value, rather than you just indulging in self praise in entire video!!!.

Total let down 👎and complete waste of money.

Meghna dixit is fraud anyone seeing this comment don't pay her...she will ask 99 then say in 5k you will get everything then ask 170000 n try to make you a member...it's a scam all her add are paid on YouTube heavily funded

Dr. M's session is highly inspiring energetic and path breaking. I learnt a lot about life and reality that I wouldn't ever learn otherwise.
I have broken and healed a lot of my earlier unwanted negative thoughts beliefs and practices that had impacted my career, relationship, health etc.

I have already seen the results of this in my life.

I have read books and not practised and
This programme helped me to rethink and plan my goals.and manage my emotion and focus on goals

I am currently a student of USM batch. I noticed the Youtube post of Dr.Meghana on Procrastination and my curiosity directed me to attend 3 day USC interaction. At that time, I was contemplating on how do kick start my 3rd innings on completing 1st one as an employee and 2nd one as trainer/ mentor/ consultant on Process Excellence. I would rate the content of USM as the best one as compared to so many other trainings, I went through in my career spanning 4 decades. It's a perfect combination of theory and the application that is very effective. I could realize the causes behind my behavior/ stagnancy which otherwise I had categorized as non-assignable ones. I appreciate and thank Dr.Meghana for the valuable inputs in designing the delivery which made the complex theory look easy.
