Ich möchte meine Erfahrungen zur Nasenkorrektur bei Prof.Dr Songu teilen.

Ich hatte bereits in Deutschland 2 OPs an der Nase, bei (scheinbar) sehr guten Ärzten. Beide OPs haben kein bisschen zu einer kleineren Nase geführt (abgesehen von den Kosten die für beide OPs am Ende 16.000 Euro lag). Im Gegenteil, ich hatte nach der zweiten OP in München Knorpelbildungen im Naseninnenbereich und an der Nasenspitze war die Nase auch nicht sauber vernäht. Sodass die Nase optisch eigentlich schlimmer aussah. Zudem kamen Atemprobleme, die ich zuvor nicht hatte, hinzu.

Ich bin im September für 8 Tage ganz alleine nach Izmir geflogen. Besser ist es natürlich, wenn man eine Begleitung mitnimmt, denn in der Türkei ist eine Versorgung als solches durch den Pflegepersonal im Krankenhaus nicht vorgesehen (gibt es offiziell nicht, es gibt sog. "refakatci", was sinngemäß für Begleitung steht). Obwohl ich keinerlei Begleitung hatte, hat Dr. Songu zu meiner Sicherheit das Personal im Krankenhaus beauftragt, mich während meines Aufenthaltes zu pflegen und sich um mich zu kümmern (es wird eher von meinem Aufenthalt abgeraten, wegen sekundärem Infektionsgefahr). Sodass ich nach einer Nacht Aufenthalt im KH, wieder zurück ins Hotel konnte. Die ganze Zeit über wird man von einer zuständigen Ansprechpartnerin (Assistentin/Med. Angestellte) begleitet und ab der OP hat man eine persönliche Krankenschwester, die man 24/7 anrufen kann etc...

Aus deutscher Sicht sind die vielen Medikamente sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig (Antibiotika ohne Ende, Schmerztabletten, Medik. gegen Ödeme, abschw. Nasensprays/-spülungen etc.). Man ist auch durchgehend beschäftigt, die Nase zu spülen/zu kühlen, später die Stripes anbringen und alle Anweisungen wie Massage und co. durchzuführen, aber abgesehen von der vielen Arbeit was auf einen zukommt, ist das alles anhand von Verhaltensempfehlungen (schriftlich) und den vielen prakt. Videos sehr gut erklärt und umsetzbar (man bekommt QR Codes und gelangt darüber auf alle nötigen Infos).

Zu dem Ergebnis: Ich bin sehr zufrieden, meine Nase ist vel kleiner als vorher, ich kann endlich die Haare hochstecken. Zudem habe ich ein mini Kinnimplantat eingesetzt bekommen, dadurch sollte mein Profil optisch verschönert werden (Kinn war zu weit innen). Schmerzhaft war es definitiv, trotz der Medikamente etc. Die Schmerzen dauerten 1 Tag (Tag der OP). Danach sind es eher das Unangenehme Gefühl in der Nase selbst und bei mir auch am Kinn (Taubheitsgefühl, nicht richtig kauen können und wollen). Aber alles in Allem ist alles nach einer Woche überstanden.
