1 Star. I paid a €250 deposit, cancelled with almost two months’ notice, and repeatedly requested a refund and receipt. After numerous emails, I still have neither and have now contacted my Australian bank. Very disappointing communication and customer service. International patients should proceed with caution.

I then received an email from the clinic to remove this review- honestly most reviews are filtered by these surgeons / clinics - notice you only see great reviews ?? Only use referrals & unfiltered results on social media is my advice

I’m extremely happy with my facelift results! The outcome looks very natural, and my face appears firmer, fresher, and more youthful without looking overdone. A special thank you to my consultant, Tesnim, for her kindness, support, and professionalism throughout the entire process, and to Dr. Mustafa for his excellent work and outstanding care. I highly recommend them to anyone considering a facelift. Thank you for the amazing experience!

I flew all the way from Lithuania to Istanbul specifically to have my endoscopic midfacelift and Temple Lift with eyebrow lifting and upper blepharoplasty done by Dr. Mustafa Karakaş, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the very beginning, everything was organized and professional. Dr. Karakaş is not only highly skilled, but also kind and reassuring, which made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free.

The clinic was clean, modern, and welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I truly appreciated the care and attention I received from everyone involved.
