Promised site setup and functionality in 2 weeks. Took over a month. The site looked like it was built by an amateur. Then I was stupid enough to send them $500 CASH by wire for Meta ads that never produced even 1 visitor to that ugly ass site. They asked for $2k by the way. Theft.

They are real real scammers. Please Please don't loose money. They scammed me for 7500. Caused so much mental stress. Oliver Rachel all fake names fake people. Going to court.

I was misled by Dropifys into believing they were the parent company of Forkobo—based on a call I made to the number on Forkobo’s website. I later received confirmation from Forkobo that this claim was completely false.
I paid Dropifys under false pretenses for a done-for-you e-commerce package for 10 stores. When I requested a refund, they refused and denied any wrongdoing. Wise declined my chargeback , so I’ve now escalated the matter to Stripe, Action Fraud, and the Financial Ombudsman.

If you’ve had a similar experience, I strongly encourage you to report it. This seems to be part of a larger pattern of misrepresentation and deception.

I would seriously make sure you perform your due diligence before partnering with this company. I purchased two global stores with an anticipated revenue of $10K/ month after 6-9 months. However, I’ve earned less than $200 in 16 months after trying 4 different stores. Furthermore, they asked for another significant investment to include TikTok in my marketing strategy- nothing has changed (no increase in potential customers and $0 sales) and they have not returned my phone calls or emails for over a month. I have contacted my attorney at this point and will pursue legal action against this company. Again, please perform your due diligence to make an informed decision, but I would avoid during business with them.

I signed up with Dropifys in November 2024. I was told it will take a month to build my Shopify store, and it will be ready in December. By the end of December, I reached out to learn the status of my store. I was told that the team will reach out in January. In January, I was given access to the store, and I was told the marketing team would reach out, which they did. I was told to pay for the advert, which I did. Since then, I have been paying Shopify's fee with no sales or activity in my store. Each time I send an email, I am told they are optimizing my store. In the last email I sent in April, there was no response. There was an unfulfilled order of $15. The customer requested a refund, and I paid a chargeback of $30. They are scammers. If I had seen all the negative reviews I am seeing now, I wouldn't have signed up with them. I had a terrible experience. They don't deserve the one star am giving. I won't recommend them.

I joined this company over about a year and a half ago. They set up a website, listed multiple products that were overpriced and i never got one sale. I have made multiple calls and sent multiple emails with no response. Don't believe there 5-star reviews, I did and lost $2000 over the last year.
This company is a total fraud!!!

Unfortunately, I have to say this—it's completely useless and an enormous waste of money. Despite investing thousands of dollars in the initial setup, ongoing expenses, marketing, and yet another store upgrade, there has been no return. On top of that, the staff has been unresponsive, as if they’ve disappeared into thin air—no replies to emails, no answers to phone calls, and still no revenue.

They are scammers. I paid for 4 stores, product hunting and store management. They made a creepy website, putting in useless, extremely overpriced products. They made me waste 100s of dollars in marketing without any sales. Later they asked for more money for marketing which I paid and then they just vanished from scene. Don't get ripped off. If someone is saying they are legit, its a paid review.

The Dropifys team helped me through every step of launching my store, from providing personalization consultations to creating unique sales funnels. They are truly dedicated to their client's success. Truly satisfied.

Complete Fraud, wasted my $2000/. Not a single sale in 12 plus months. No remediation either.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!! I hired them to manage my store in exchange for a large fee and a percentage of the net profits. They did not make 1 sale, they failed miserably and I think they are scammers. I left a bad review and they contacted me and offered to build a Shopify store and split the profits with me 50/50 free of charge, to make up for their horrible performance, if I would take down my bad review. I did, but then they never got that store up either, they are just a bunch of crooks that promise everything but deliver nothing.

If you want to know the truth of this company just read the one star reviews. I also worked with them for well over a year. Spent $1500 to get started and another $500 on Facebook ads that did not yield a single cent was told I am the exception since they have a 99% success rate. Was offered blogs where they told me it will be a success with that paid another $500 for the 'deal' only to wait and wait for no traffic no visitors and no results. Emailed them often and would rarely get a response. Website was amateur and they were readily available for call anytime I wanted to get more products from them such as a tik tik shop which they wanted to upsell for an additional $2000. This company is a fraud and needs to be reported to the FTC. They will fool you on ads on Facebook and Instagram that are too good to be true making statements such as "Not Making 100k a month?". Their website makes them appear they are result driven and have lots of testimonials but the reality of working with them is the opposite and they couldn't care less about your success. I was told my blogs would be refundable if they don't yield any results, well they didn't yield any results and they vanished and never heard from them again. Don't waste your money.

I must say my experience with this company has been nothing short Total failure ! I would never even contemplate working with them again. There’s no way the reviews below are accurate because the one plus year relationship I’ve had with them has been nothing but a total disaster.!

I paid them $1500 Plus all advertising costs to create a Shopify store in early August 2023. They said it would take four weeks and ended up taking almost 8 weeks. When the store finally got activated, it ran for approximately six months in which time we had dialogue at least once, if not twice a month, they assured me that it takes time to generate sales, And month after month after month, nothing… not even one sale in nearly 6 months of having a relationship with them. So after a huge argument , they agreed to create a new second store for me and assured me this time it would be more successful than the two items they sold in my first store over six months! Unfortunately, for me, the result has been worse than the first store…after nearly 5 months of marketing they Generated one item sold! They finally admitted to me that they couldn’t create a profile that would sell or be successful on Facebook after spending hundreds of dollars on advertising and generating all of that one sale. But they told me I could pay them directly, and they would create a profile on their in-house marketing system that apparently other stores run on, and they used to generate much better sales. Apparently, if you’re new store, you don’t get that luxury. They just waste your money on external marketing programs trying to create a store profile that essentially generates no sales. But since they had been unsuccessful for a year on two stores, they told me I could move my profile for my second store to their in-house marketing profile, and I would be much more successful generating sales. They guaranteed it! Now after about 4-6 six on that profile, they’ve spent nearly all of my advertising budget and haven’t generated a single sale yet! So, now I am well over a year invested with them on two different stores with two different marketing profiles and I’ve sold a total of three items and have less than $100 in sales over this 13 to 14 month.

So you can decide if you think this company can build you a successful Shopify store based on my experience!

I could’ve bought a $25 store from some AI scammer and done as well as I did here, Yet I spent several thousand dollars here and I’ve had no success whatsoever. This is after they keep telling me their average store sells $10-$20,000 per month yet my store doesn’t even sell $10-$20 a month

They are clearly incompetent and I wouldn’t waste one penny working with them!

Do not fall for a scam!
You will never see your initial investment back. They will not refund your money even if your store made $0 in sales after 6 months, and you spent money running Facebook ads.
They run a Facebook ads “want to make $100k a month?”.
The truth is they couldn’t make any sales in 6 months. When a company can’t deliver what they promised. They should give you a full refund. I don’t need to sue anyone if I paid for something they couldn’t deliver.
They can stay in business just by collecting good people store setup fees, even if they can’t make any sales.
If you have extra money, take the family on vacation at least you will get something back.
Don’t say I didn’t worn you! Let me say it again. You will not see sales. They are “very busy” after you make your initial investment. It will take several weeks until you will realise they can’t make any sale.
Do not get confused. They may sound polite, but dishonest.

Nothing, and they stoped managing the advertising on my store. Perpetual spend with no results. Gorge the whole crew are con artist.

DO NOT invest your hard earned money with Dropifys. They never do what they say and their communication is the worst! I have been with them since of October of 2023 and still not one sale has been made. They lie and steal and I feel scammed. Please invest elsewhere and do not go with John from Dropifys. I’ve lost over $2,500 because I keep trusting John but I’ve had it with this fake company!

DROPYFIYS IS A fake company. They will take your money and design the website and leave. They will start charging for advertising. No sales. You will lose money. Never trust them. A guy named John Robinson is a cheat. Never trust him. He promised me a website in 2 weeks, but still I am waiting even after 2 months.
I lost $ 3000 so far. This company is completely fake.
Do not trust anything they say. The management is also not responsible. Their idea is to scam people who likes to set up a shopify website. Nothing works.
