Honestly I was skeptical at first, but after setting it up I realized how smooth the whole process is. The onboarding was simple, everything is well organized, and the support staff are always friendly. It’s been a solid boost for my business.
I have been using Drop Sure for over a year. Initially, the service was excellent—I even paid my agent bonuses because the performance was so good. However, the service has recently deteriorated significantly. They are now completely unresponsive, and I have multiple unfulfilled orders piling up. This lack of communication is directly costing me money in customer refunds and chargebacks. I need my refunds processed immediately. Please fix this and contact me to resolve these outstanding financial issues.

In the beginning they would do everything to have you on board. Once you are on board... the SERVIVE IS ENCREDIBALY BAD! ths supplier does not reply... does not fullfill the orders. Makes so much mistakes. That is extremely bad for your store. I would NOT recommend them... the person who u have contact with is called "NICOLE". Oh my god... very very bad service!! bah!!!

They have been ok so far, recent developments mean they do not take oversees payments or paypal payments, and when you pay recently they dont update the status of payments so then you get more chargebacks from customers, will update as i use them more, however my agent is amazing!!!! best agent I have every had =]

J'ai utilisé le dropsure pour une seule commande et j'ai payé 5 dollars pour la livraison et le suivi m'affiche que je vais recevoir le colis après 4 semaines sachant que lorsque tu passes la commande tu payes la livraison pour 6-10 jours

I sell Bluetooth speaker with colorful light modes. I’ve been working with Dropsure as my supplier, and the experience has been extremely disappointing.
Here’s what happened:
On May 22, I received an order.
The product was delivered to the customer on June 10 — it arrived faulty, with the LED lights not working.
Dropsure acknowledged the issue and sent a replacement on June 24.
The replacement was delivered on July 26, and to our disbelief, it was even worse:
The glass was cracked,
The buttons were sunken in,
And the speaker wouldn’t even charge.
When I reached out again, I was told:
“Our after-sales policy is to reissue once or refund. We have already reissued it so we cannot refund.”
In other words, they sent two defective products to the same customer, and now refuse to issue a refund.
This isn't an isolated case. Since working with Dropsure, 1 in every 5 orders has arrived defective. I'm not exaggerating — the failure rate is alarmingly high. It got so bad that Dropsure started sending out replacements without question and claimed each time they were “talking to the factory.”
By comparison, while working with Shipbear, I had maybe 1 defective unit out of 200 orders — maybe.
Dropsure might seem like a cheaper option, but the quality control is unreliable, and their after-sales policy fails to protect you when it matters most.
If you care about your customers, brand reputation, and sanity — do not work with Dropsure.

They ruined my entire business! I was deceived! My package was never signed for, and I was charged a very high and expensive price, but still did not meet the 7-10 days promised to me. They deceived me! The agent is not professional at all, like a robot, answering questions that are not asked, and the response speed is very slow. It is not a 7*24 service. I feel deceived! Work with them, believe me, you will lose everything!

Unfortunately extremely bad service, horrible service, and no clarity on Guidelines…
You add the product and invest in optimizing the landing page and ad creatives and creative testing and paid advertising and already down couple months f thousands then they tell you „no we can’t deliver this anymore“.
That’s hilarious!
