Drip Locker UK Reviews

I’ve been a Drip Locker customer for years; I’m about to buy my 10th pair of sneakers from them, and they always last for years in great condition.

Do not use!! Absolute scam. Selling snide trainers without advertising the fact that they are fakes. They also struggle to pay you your money back once you've paid. The top and bottom of it is, they are dirty little rats who need to go and earn a decent honest days living.

Made a purchase realised they were replicas and cancelled order ten minutes later, money was still pending in bank and they offered refund after 3 days after money had cleared, now saying they are struggling to refund so get in touch with my bank to sort out, steer clear

Bought a pair of adidas samba wales bonner! :) customer service were excellent in keeping me updated with tracking etc the actual pair were identical & well constructed, will certainly buy another pair asappppp!!

Bad quality fakes.
Two times now the sole has come away from the shoe. The first time they replaced the item, the second time they refused a replacement or refund and offered me 10% off my next purchase. Considering the shoes don't last and are of poor quality, I won't be taking them up on the offer! Ignore the other reviews, if you want good quality, buy official.

These are badly made - fall apart in days - customer service ignore the reality - they are a rip off and should avoid at all costs

Great quality service, product delivered swiftly and in perfect condition.

Terrible product. I actually didn’t realise that they advertise selling fake products, which is my bad, I should have looked deeper. No stabile construction to the trainer…collapsed within a month…materials were budget…finish was terrible. They offered me 10% off my next purchase which was generous as they charged me the same money as real shoes. Still…I’ve learnt something in this and I’ll tell people not to buy trainers through this lot.

Ordered 2 pairs from here then read the Facebook comments and reviews, I could of kicked myself, thought here goes I’m going to wait 6 weeks and receive pure garbage but here I am 10 days later and I must say I’m pleasantly surprised especially with the ASICS, absolute quality. I’d definitely order from here again. Go for it.

I was sure what to expect, if anything. It took a few weeks to arrive. I messaged the and got full tracking details. My nike waffle are amazing very happy with everything 100% be purchasing again in the future. Thanks.

First bought some Travis fragments all was perfect second pair Travis med olives not so good visible glue stains and cheap looking thin laces (pink)
Such a shame !,,,

Very impressive!!! The quality is REALLY good - real leather, whole shoe looks and feels premium. My son's over the moon with his new trainers and I never could've afforded them from GOAT or Stock X. They arrived within 10 days. I also had excellent, friendly customer service when emailing. Will be coming back!! Thank you Drip Locker!

Quality items, with quick delivery.

I’ve had 4 pairs of shoes know and they are very good

ALWAYS EXACTLY how expected! Sometimes even better!

I have now bought 6 pairs from DripLocker, and I have to say they are great to deal with. I had a little delay in getting a refund back but they were super apologetic and resolved the issue straightaway. Being completely honest I think that was more on me being impatient than anything to do with them. Nevertheless I would highly recommend Driplocker to anyone. Keep up the good work guys.

Fakes from China bad fakes too - FAKE ALERT FROM CHINA DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I've now made at least 6 purchases from Drip Locker and not been disappointed once. Quality is exceptional and the shipping always prompt & well communicated. Definitely a 5-star service

Perfect quality. Bought about 6-7 pairs from here

The quality and service is excellent, would definitely recommend. Very helpful customer service also.

Amazing customer service, bought trainers early December, unfortunately they were out of stock and they emailed me straight away offering a replacement, I didn’t see the email and by the time I did it was very close to Christmas, the customer service team went above and beyond to get the replacement trainers shipped for my kid’s Christmas, trainers great quality too, I will definitely buy again from DripLocker and highly recommended this company, thanks guys, a happy teenager on Christmas Day!
