The advatorial came up on my microsoft news page . I nearly bought as I suffer from Nuropathy. I clicked of the option of buy two get 1 free . I cheked the price summary and it didnt add up,so I checked the options again and low and behold a differet offer of 5 pairs had been highlighted. I unchecked this offer and rechecked my original Buy two offer , the price had reduced but it was still 8 GBP more than it should have been.I then figured let me do a search on this product and this is how i arrived here on Trustpilot . Im always pretty dilligent about reserching first , especially using Trustpilot as a trusted guide, I think the way it was presented and the platform used (Microsoft) They nearly got me !

Does anybody really think a cheap pair of socks with no toe end can cure the myriad of problems this company state feet can cause? Absolute scam.

I ordered a pair of socks on April 9. On the order page, somehow 1 pair became 5 pairs so I immediately emailed customer service. They responded but didn't act to cancel the pick ticket until it was too late and they had shipped. I returned the entire package on 4/22 and confirmed delivery 4/24, but I had to call to get the credit process started. In addition to the socks, shipping and taxes, I was billed for Expedited Processing, a Promo Deal (??), and Extended Protection, none of which I ordered but which they insist cannot be refunded.

I bought these socks for an old injury. I purchased online. I should’ve done more research. Desperate for relief on my foot and leg. I purchased them. First package the stitching came undone with the first pair. I was so disappointed didn’t even attempt to open another package. Poor quality socks and never ever read what others are putting on the reviews. The socks are so small and I have skinny feet and they were also very hard to put on. Waste of money let’s see if they respond to my email and refund me my money.

The sock wàs very difficult to put on.The top of the sock started to fray before I got it half way up my foot.One size fits all is completely inaccurate. The socks are junk,they should pay you for wearing them.DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!¡

The socks did not fit, I asked for a refund and sent socks back. They were great. I received a total refund no problem.

I am trying to find the company behind these socks I want to cancel the order but cannot find one not happy

Ordered one, they sent me 10 and charged $120 for them. having a terrible time returning them and probably will have to fight for my money.

HORRIBLE Product!!! Do not buy this or anything from this company. It is a total scam. One size fits all is a lie. I wear size 7 women’s shoes. I did manage to get the socks on but it was not easy. Trying to get them over my heel was the problem I had. Way to expensive for a horrible product. Save your money.

The claim for this product is "one size fits all." I purchased three in hopes it would give me some relief for my Neuropathy. When they arrived, I was anxious about putting on a pair. I was surprised when I discovered they were so small; a very young child could not put one on. $$$ down to drain to yet another scam. It would be interesting to know where these crooks got these things. 🤬

I cannot get these socks past my toes or even on my foot no matter how hard I try. I wear a 10.5" men's shoe. One size does not fit all & the advertising is misleading. Do not buy unless you have a very small foot (made in China). What a waste of money, all the poor reviews about these socks are "spot on". Shipping was quick & came out of Idaho.

I will give these socks to a family member with "tiny feet" vs wasting my money again shipping this product back.

I can't get my foot in. They are so small. This isn't one size fits all, for sure. I've tried several times. What a waist of money. Do not buy them.

I guess i got suckered also. Not only are the socks too small and absolute garbage, but i paid $48 on their site and just found them on Amazon 6 pairs for $11! Anyone reading this, don’t bother buying them from Amazon either as the socks are worthless!!!

I don't know who these socks would fit...certainly not me! They are extremely small and I didn't even attempt to put them on. I WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING!

This product is utter rubbish, I have very slim feet and skinny ankles, can't even get the over me big toe, don't purchase.them, they look good but they are cheap Chinese rubbish. I contacted them and got a refund less postage and threw them in the bin, they say it not viable to return

Jeg startede med at bestille et par kompressionsstrømper, men lod mig overtale til først at få 2 par til et pars pris og dernæst endnu et par, så jeg ente med at skulle betale 429 kr. Først da jeg spurgte til, hvor mine varer blev af, fandt jeg ud af at firmaet varer udenlandsk, da min pakke befandt sig i tolden. Jeg modtog besked fra post nord midt i september om at jeg skulle betale 165 kroner i told, for at få min pakke, men jeg kunne takke nej, så det gjorde jeg, og skrev til dr.socksoot om min beslutning. De accepterede og lovede at jeg ville få mine penge retur, så snart de havde fået pakken retur. Der skete dog ikke noget i sagen, før jeg her, omkring midten af oktober spurgte til min refundering. Igår, den 26. Oktober fik jeg 2 mails om refundering af 288 kr og 49 kr. Det resterende beløb på 89 kr refunderes ikke, da det dækker over forsendelse og håndtering. Jeg føler mig ærlig talt lidt snydt, på trods af den høflige tone i de mails jeg har modtaget fra firmaet, og jeg vil på det kraftigste fraråde andre, at falde for de "gode tilbud", som på ingen måde lever op til forventningerne.

Socks simply do not fit me, nor my husband. They should be labeled for children only. When asking for a guaranteed refund, the full amount was not included.

I am sorry to say that these socks are not for my husband and me. He could not even get them on. I, also had the same problem and I have small thin feet. I did finally get them on, but getting them off was like pulling teeth. So I’m returning them. Best of luck in your endeavors. Just an added. I have sent mine back via UPS only to find out that the address was not accepted. The address the company provided was not accepted either. But they pushed it through. I guess I we’ll just have to see what happens.
