Absolutely amazing experience — best choice I made!

I had my bikini sleeve surgery just 2 days ago with Dr. Tamer Nabil, and I cannot speak highly enough of him and the entire team here. Dr. Tamer is incredibly skilled, kind, and caring — he made me feel completely safe, confident, and at ease from the very first consultation.

Every single member of staff was wonderful; the whole team is professional, attentive, friendly, and genuinely goes above and beyond to look after you. I was well cared for at every step, and they made sure I was comfortable and knew exactly what to expect.

I researched dr tamer for around 10 years befor finally plucking up the courage to book the team are fantastic even dr tamer himself replys quickly, he has such a calming ora and puts you at ease before surgery, he has changed my whole life for the better, my only regret is not doing it sooner! Dr Tamer is a fantastic Dr and human being, his bedside manner is second to none, you are his family not just his patient, he wants nothing but the best for you, and will not under any circumstances operate on anyone he feels isn't subtable, he is WORLD renowned, his reputation precedes him, Dr Tamer goes above and beyond to accommodate all his patients, my experience is now 2 years ago and I have a group of 30 people still on our WhatsApp group and none have had any issues, on Dr Tamers Facebook page and instagram there hasn’t been a single person who has experienced anything bad pre op or post op, Dr T still now 2 years in answers my messages personally not his secretary, him himself he answer each and every person personally, now that’s dedication to your job, that’s excellence in your capabilities that’s dedication, Dt Tamer takes pride in his work and it shows, I have recommended family and friends to him, wouldn’t trust anyone else, the man’s a Legend :)

I don’t even know where to begin because Dr. Tamer is, quite simply, my hero. Choosing to have my Mini Gastric Bypass surgery in Egypt with him was the single best decision I have ever made. He didn’t just change my life, he saved it.

From the moment I arrived, Dr. Tamer and his team wrapped me in genuine warmth, kindness and care. They made me feel like I was their only patient in the world. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they went above and beyond in every possible way. I’m quite dramatic when I’m feeling vulnerable and they never made me feel like I was being silly or unreasonable.

One moment I’ll never forget is when I became overwhelmed with anxiety before surgery. As I lay there with tears in my eyes, Dr. Tamer personally wiped them away, comforting me with such gentleness and reassurance. That level of humanity and compassion is rare, and I will be forever grateful for it.

The surgery itself was flawless. I woke up in a bit of a panic but the nurses give you all the painkillers you need to be comfortable. I think I slept for most of the first day. Dr Tamer visited my room every day after the surgery to check how I was.

Since then, I’ve lost 10 stone, with zero complications. My diabetes is in remission, my blood pressure is normal, and my mobility has completely transformed. I haven’t experienced dumping, foamies, or any of the issues I feared. I feel incredible.

What makes Dr. Tamer truly extraordinary is that his care doesn’t end when you leave the hospital. I still message him on WhatsApp now and then, and he always replies personally, no matter how small the question. He’s genuinely happy to offer advice or simply celebrate my progress. That ongoing support is priceless and speaks volumes about the kind of man he is.

I owe my new life to him.

Absolutely amazing experience. From the minute I contacted Dr Tamer, and told him of my health conditions he explained to me he needed to know more details before he could agree to doing surgery. In my eyes this was the eye opener for me that I had definitely chosen the correct Surgeon. Money wasn’t spoken about he was concerned about my health. That’s what it is all about. I had a bikini sleeve with Dr Tamer on the 1st of June 2025. I am a 29 year old mother of two on a mission to improve my health by the age of 30.

As a registered NHS nurse, I was wary of medical tourism but after speaking with Dr Tamer I was very reassured. I loved that he is GMC registered and the hospital was equipped in the event of an emergency. What I didn’t realise was that the care extends beyond your discharge and I love the community of patients I have met.

The care I received as an inpatient was of such a high standard and the facilities were very comfortable for both me and my mum. I will always remember my fabulous nurse Fatima.

Five months post op and I am five and a half stone down. I have had no side effects aside from hair loss which was to be expected. I look and feel younger and now enjoy engaging in regular exercise. 2 stone left to go until I hit my goal and I am so excited for the rest of my journey 🙏
