I recently underwent a hair transplant under Dr Servet Terziler. Coming from Australia to Istanbul for this specific surgery in itself must have a level of reassurance. Since the day I arrived, I realised why I travelled 24 hours to see Dr Terziler and his team. Every single person in the clinic has a specific role and every one of them does their job wonderfully!

The most amazing part of the experience is that I was only ever told by other clinics that they could get 2000-2500 grafts. Dr Terziler and his team managed 4300 for me. That was a game changer and what I really needed.

Any questions, concerns, doubts were all answered by everyone. They feed you, look after you and make sure you are comfortable. Sedef, Nevra, Nazmi, all of the team are incredible and helpful. Dr Terziler will treat you like family and I couldn’t be more grateful to the team there.

I have to say I really enjoyed my experience at the Dr. Terziler Clinic. The rooms look very clean and modern, same applies to the operation material and robot.

All the employees from the Operation room are very cautious like jewelers, very polite and kind, they apply really high hygiene standards.

I also really appreciated my contact with Mr Arman, he was and is still a very kind person, always available, very professional and competent, a very pleasant person to deal with.

I also appreciated Mrs Sedef, her profesionalism and attention to details in terms of the contract process. She is also very kind person, very competent and a very pleasant person.

The process went fine though I was quite anxious at the beginning and the pain was really manageable. The recovery process is quite quick as well. I have been through the operation 3 days ago and don't suffer from pains really, all oedemas also went away.

I will highly recommend this clinic even as a Swiss person given the fact that normally, no Swiss people would like to be treated outside Switzerland. That was my first exception to the rule and I don't regret it.

I recently had a hair transplant procedure. The experience was amazing, from the beginning the team kept me very informed and kept in contact with me a lot to help with anything I needed or any questions on my mind. The clinic is very luxurious almost like a 5 star hotel from the room and decor, the staff constantly come in to check on you and lots of food, tea, coffee, anything you could really ask for they have ready for you. Every team member were very polite and caring. They speak to highly of Dr Terziler and I now understand why after my experience with him. God bless them all!

when i contacted this Clinic the salesperson told me they are the best in istanbul and that's why they are more expensive. even tho i booked my own hotel and transport they still charged me the same. the salesperson told me all this meds and plasma are included inthe quote and there is no other hidden charges. before the surgery they hit me a $1800 scam that I didn't know about and iagreed to pay that on top. i have asked other clinics and its already part of their service.
next day of the surgery i was asked to g9back to clinic for a check up but it was only a photo shot for their ads and i wasnever checked by anyone for the surgery. i was told i would be checked by dr terziler but he d8d n9t do any surgery no checked my hair. the reason they called me next day for check up wasn't for me hair but to sell their over priced product of lazer hats and serums that you could buy 1/4 of the prices online anyways.
its a total scam and i would not recommend them to any one unless you are really to throw away money.
please read this before you make any furthur decisions.
iam extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. will never use or recommend them to anyone. 😔

I am doing this review of my recent experience at Dr. Terziler for a hair transplant. Before I begin, here is my profile so that you can better appreciate the review. I chose Dr. Terziler for a second hair transplant. My first HT was also in Turkey, but in one of the thousands of standard clinics, that charge you around $2500-$3500 with a package etc.. This is the summary of my first experience (NOT at Dr. Terziler)
• Out of the 5000 grafts I would say, not all hair grew back
• The surgery itself was painful.
• While hair did grow, the doner area and the transplant area tended to be patchy after a few years.
Three years after my first experience I found myself not satisfied with my hair again, but was terrified to go back due to the pain involved. However, based on my first experience, knowing more and doing more research I chose Dr. Terziler. In choosing Dr. Terziler, I was looking for a professional organization that had all the supporting facilities to ease the experience, because I knew I could only do this one last time.
I had my procedure last week, and I am here to tell you that the process was absolutely amazing and completely different from my first experience. Based on both my experiences ,here are a few things that I think are valuable insights and why I think you should consider Dr. Terziler:
• Staff: The staff at this clinic are extremely professional and knowledgeable. From the moment you enter the facility on Day 1, the first thing that you realize is that the process is well choregraphed. They have repeated a well thought out process over and over, yet you feel like you are the only patient. And you want this! You want to make sure that the team has rehearsed the process over and over to perfection before your own procedure. The difference between this clinic and others is that there is a whole team attending to you. Not just two technicians working on your head. For example, there is an anesthesiologist, there are two people working on the follicles after the extraction, a person who comes in and checks your blood pressure and heartrate, a person who administers pain medication intravenously in addition to the technician who is physically working on you. When there is this amount of support, you know that you are in good hands, you feel safer and it impacts the procedure and the final result.
• Knowledge: They are honest. They will tell you what they can do and what they cannot do. They clearly tell you that their reputation is on the line, so you can clearly see that they take it seriously. For example, during my first HT, they had extracted chest hair and transplanted it on my head. I asked them here if they could do the same, and they said NO. They advised that process doesn’t actually work so it would not make sense to do so. Another example – when they reviewed the doner area they noticed that during the first HT, they had not extracted my hair evenly which led to the patchy look. When they did the extraction this time, the team evened out the doner area, and it is already looking better. Furthermore, even though I had an established hairline from the first procedure they recommended that it was too straight and made it more natural.
• Technology: The robotics process definitely feels a lot more sanitary than what I had experienced earlier. Also, the incisions are a lot smaller – see results below. You can see how much exactly was extracted and see exactly how much are implanted. Furthermore, in addition to PRP they offered Stem Cell therapy as well, which was not provided at the previous clinic. In addition, the overall facility is very clean and upscale. Note: For my first HT, I chose a facility that was within a hospital and felt safe. Don’t fall for this, as these centers are not even affiliated to the hospital.
• Results: After Day 1 of my surgery, I barely had any redness on the transplanted area. On day 2/3 it looked like the equivalent of Day 10 from the previous surgery. I am on Day 4 right now and the doner has completely healed.

Going to a foreign country to do a surgery is a scary decision. There are a lot of unknowns, and with Turkey, to be honest there are just way too many clinics that it can get overwhelming. I wrote this long review in the hopes that this will be helpful in your experience. Dr. Terziler clinic is a safe, clean and reputable place and operates at a standard that is equivalent to a high end private clinic in North America. It is worth the extra cost (but still cheaper than the equivalent in North America) to choose this clinic above others as the quality is impeccable. In my opinion, this is the best place to have the procedure done in Turkey for a cost cheaper than any place in North America. Special thank you to Sedaf, Nazim, Nevra and all the supporting staff that made this a good experience.

The staff and procedure could not have been more positive. Everyone is very caring and wants to leave clients with a feeling of family who cares that the procedure will be successful. I highly recommend Dr. Terziler and his incredibly knowledgeable staff.

Bonjour,je vous racontre ma deuxième opérations de greffe de cheveux car le premier greffe de cheveux a été raté par une autre clinique que je donne pas de nom.j'ai eu une greffe fue la première fois ratée. J'ai connu mr terziler servet pour refaire une 2 ème opérations avec aucune chance d ' être ratée cette fois-ci j'ai fait boucoup de recherche et j'ai trouvé la bonne clinique le traducteurs mr Armand avec l 'quipe de mr terziler servet j'ai eu une bonne réponse pour ma 2 ème greffe j'ai eu une opération dhi robotic les greffon on été implantés de bonne direction avec une bonne ligne frontal il on extraire tout les greffon de ma première opérations la première opérations les greffon pousse en l 'aire en mauvaises directions et la zone donneuse été très abîmé y avait une démarquation de couleur j'ai les cheveux noirs et blancs la première opérations été seulement que greffons noirs implantés et cela feser une démarquation niveau couleur de cheveux. Heureusement je suis tombé dans la bonne clinique pour ma 2 ème greffe le docteur terziler spécialisé dans la greffe de cheveux il m'a tout bien récupéré la ligne frontal la différence de couleur il a re extraits des cheveux blancs sans abîmé ma zone donneuse.je regrette pas j'ai ré confiance en moi méfiez-vous des pris bas le pas chère c et tjs des problèmes dans tous les domaines de métiers je vous conseille le dhi robotic c et la seule clinique qui on cette opérations de dhi robotique car fue y a le risque sur la direction des greffons ya boucoup de clinique aujourd'hui il arrive pas à calculé l angle la direction de cheveux avec la méthode fue alors dhi robotic ya aucun risque d angle de direction je remercie à mr Armand le traducteur ,il était au top du début jusqu'à la fin de l'opération et je remercie mr terziler le grand docteur spécialisé dans la greffe et je remercie l équipe .

Right away I was contacted by a representative to educate me the steps involved to make my decision to get hair implants a right choice; the entire process was smooth and seamless. I was fully confident that I have chosen the right clinic, out of so many. When it comes to surgery I wanted only the best, and that was exactly what I got! I flew in from Canada and arrived in Istanbul airport, I was picked up by a driver and transported to my hotel. I didn’t have to worry about where I was staying or how I was going to get to and from the clinic. A driver was there to commute me through the duration of my stay. The clinic was immaculate and boost a calming aura; you just knew walking in that this was the right choice. Throughout the process from beginning to end, I was in constant communication and any questions I may have were answered by the very kind representatives. Everyone that worked at the clinic were extremely professional and made me feel comfortable. I came halfway around the world for this surgery and I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone searching for hair implant. I highly recommend the Terziler clinic. Everything was top notch, from the first contact via WhatsApp to the procedure itself, to my last office visit. This is a very professional organization and everything is planned meticulously with nothing left to chance. Iv been holding off for a few months now on sharing my experience about my hair transplant that I had beginning of last year it’s been almost 11 months now.

I came to this clinic because there sales people convinced me it was the best I was going to have and that Dr.Terziler and Ms. Sedef Nevber Çöklü both are very qualified doctors in turkey.

So I went ahead, so I know I paid way to much because after I paid my family and friends even questioned me and said that I should have had it done in the UK. I ended up paying 7000 euros this wasn’t including my flights or hotel stay.

I had my surgery done and there were a few hiccups, the customer service wasn’t the best and the language barrier was awful, you’d think they would have staff in place for this.

I returned home and had alot of bleeding, I then done my own research on the aftercare which I wasn’t advised of by this clinic and my scalp healed.

Then it was waiting for the hairs to grow, initially I had fall out which when I was talking to the reps they said this was normal but then the hairs continued to fall my hair started to come back patchy, I actually felt worse after having the transplant. This continued and the patches remained, the dr’s wouldn’t take no responsibility. I was messaging them on a monthly bases first then it become weekly then daily and they kept saying the hair will grow don’t panic. It got to last month which was 10 months after my procedure and finally the clinic owned up and said I need another transplant as the first one was unsuccessful, these are there own words which I have screenshots off the messages.

Now at this point I thought thank god they are taking responsibilities of what has happened and they going to fly me there for another and sort this, we’ll I was very wrong this company demanded an extra 5000 euros to perform the procedure again!!!

I was quiet taken back by this as I had already paid a lot, they have put me in a worse state with my hair then before and I really hope Dr Servet Terziler is reading this review because I’m not going to let you get away with doing this to me, this is neglect and you company has to pay for this.

I’m writing this review to stop other people making the same mistake I did and believing in this cowboy clinic.
