Extremely poor experience. This massage machine never worked properly from day one — it did not perform as shown/advertised right out of the box. I immediately requested a refund, but received no response whatsoever — not through email, not through phone calls. It’s been [5 days/weeks] with complete silence from their support team. This is unacceptable. If a product fails from the start, customers deserve at least a reply, let alone a refund. Extremely frustrated with this brand’s lack of accountability. Do not buy until they fix their customer service.

Giving this one star just because 0 star is not the option...this is the worst brand i have ever seen ...I ordered their weight machine which was faulty ..in 2 days of observation the weight machine is showing different weights
Not of a single person but I measured 3 persons weight regularly
There was a big fluctuations of 3 to 4 kgs in 2 days which is not possible
I had checked on other machine the weight is normal
Not changed
Their support system says give this that photo videos what not
I provided them 3 to 4 times the videos
With 3 intervals of 30 second
Continuous video
There is change of weight in one 2 minutes videos
Which ia bullshit
And later they are saying this is because of empty stomach full stomach
Within 2 minutes of video this is impossible but they are giving lame excuses
And not providing service
Please don't buy their products
When I came to know from my friends family after purchasing
Some of them also heard and experience bad quality product of this brand
They are soo poor man

They are just waste of many
And harresment by them by unmeaingful messages
Which not even help us

I placed an order yesterday, but I accidentally forgot to add another item in the same cart. I called the customer representative to see if they could combine the two items into a single order. She declined, saying there’s no provision for that. I asked her to cancel my previous order so I could place a new order for both products, but she said there’s no option to cancel either.

What felt ironic was that the customer executive was advising me to decline the order when the delivery man arrives for delivery, and then she shamelessly mentioned that the courier charges would be deducted before issuing a refund amount.

This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. It’s declining to place an order and not giving customers the option to cancel, even within minutes of placing the order. I now regret buying the product, through their website. I should have purchased it on Amazon or another third-party platform, where they would be required to offer a return or replacement option.

I would only suggest that these people should be dragged to the consumer court and brought to justice.

Absolutely horrible. Do not waste your time. I ordered my products on the 18th of May. I kept calling from June. Spoke to Asha, Nidhi and two other girls. Absolutely a waste of time. The package was stuck in Delhi since the 20th of May and after I started speaking to the girls about the delay and that it was stuck in Delhi since the 20th of May, they recalled the product instead of ensuring it reached me. Today I called again and Nidhi asked to order again. No thanks! I know you think your customer have no work than to order and wait over ten days, follow up and order again. Thank God I chose COD. Buyers beware.

Don’t not buy anything from this fraud company . After sale service is so bad you can’t imagine . I will recommend you do not waste your hard earned money on this fraud company

I have previously purchased two heating pads without encountering any issues. However, on this recent occasion, I bought an additional heat pad—model 387—and it was faulty upon arrival. I submitted a complaint via email since there was no response from the WhatsApp contact number provided. In summary, if the product functions correctly, there are no problems with the purchase. However, when it comes to after-sales support, they tend to dismiss complaints by stating that the product operates as designed and that customers should review the terms and conditions. Notably, there appears to be no clear return, replacement, or refund policy in place. I would suggest purchasing such a product from a local pharmacy instead of from an online or many-making company. They are simply covering Rohit Sharma’s advertising costs from us.

Very bad experience i ordered one product from company website on COD. And waited almost 7 days for the product but there was no response from product team such as (order shipped, rejected) than i called to the customer executive and she told me that your order will not be delivered because of COD, its seems very unfair for me #nureca #drtrust because of #no update/no notification

Body Weight Machine 526:
I haven’t used it extensively yet, but the first impression is very good. The build quality feels solid and the glass on top is thick and sturdy. The scale claims to handle up to 180 kg, and at my weight (97 kg) it shows the exact weight consistently. It looks reliable, but I will be able to share a more detailed review after using it for a few months.

Kitchen Weighing Scale 529:
This scale is surprisingly very lightweight. Initially, I thought such a light device might not be durable or accurate. However, after using it, it seems to work perfectly fine. It’s easy to carry and convenient to use. You can place dry fruits or other items directly on the surface to measure weight, or place a bowl on it and reset the weight to zero (tare function) to measure food items accurately. So far, the readings seem correct.

Buying Experience:
I purchased both products directly from the Dr Trust official website. The buying experience was smooth and the prices were actually better than Amazon or Flipkart, where the same products were listed at higher prices.

Overall, my initial experience with both products is positive. I’ll be able to give a more long-term review after a few months of use.

It's worth money. Quality oriented. I loved it's heavy duty machine, it's charging capacity and then the run time. Absolutely loving it. It has become an essential part of our life. We sleep after spending almost 45 minutes every night.
A special mention - after ordering Dr. Trust kept a regular contact with us before delivery being made and even after that.

It's a great and fabulous machine. Dr. Trust is american company so the trust factor works more here. The machine is easy to use as the elder person can use it easily anywhere and anytime.

Do not expect any after-sales service support from Dr. Trust. Their service quality is extremely poor. Even basic patient materials are not provided on time. After raising a complaint, there is no proper response from their side. You are only made to wait endlessly, with no real solution.

I like this product..and very smooth grip

I basically ordered Forehead or infra-read Thermometer for my toddler and I was curious on its accuracy, so checked the temperature from both Dr Trust and mercury based one ,and both the results were very close. Please note that, while doing this test, my toddler were having fever. Im very happy that, I bought right product, when I was in need. Thanks Dr Trust team for their research and coming up with quality product. I'm sharing unbiased / my experience

I just bought this and found the body pillow portion to be quite a task to move round. Last night was my first night and I ended up utilizing just the wedge portion with a regular pillow between my knees and a foam pillow over the open portion. It gave me some relief but for the money I spent on it, I want to make it work as designed.
