Test was only for alcohol I thought it was for all street drugs

The main reason for my rating is because I paid extra for priority shipping and my package didn’t make it in time

The instructions on how to gather and mail the hair sample was easy to follow. Everything needed to preserve the hair sample for mailing, was supplied to me. Once the hair sample arrived to the drug testing lab, it was completed and results returned at the time stated.

We received the product, but have no used them yet.

Didn't work when I tried using it

I ordered 5 saliva drug tests online in hopes of trying to find a way to beat the test. So I did research on different ways u can mask the drugs in your system and went to experimenting. The first one I took without masking and was a little confused because it showed positive for something I hadn’t done and negative for things I had done. So I thought maybe the drugs I had done were laced and that’s why I was showing positive and as for the ones that didn’t show up who cares one or two less things to worry about. So next I brushed 2 times did mouth wash peroxide and took another test. Test showed exact same thing. So next I bought a 50.00 cleansing drink. Followed the direction on drink waited to right amount of time and tested again. Same exact thing. So now I’m down to 2 tests. So I buy a saliva cleanser online. Keeping my fingers crossed I did exactly what the package said but was crushed to see test was showing up with exact same results. Well I then started thinking how is it that all 4 tests showed same results never picking up on drugs I definitely should have had in my system and showing positive for ones I hadn’t done. So last test I ran it under tap water stuck it in and low and behold the city water was on the same drugs. So yeah kinda pissed that I wasted my money on a bunch of faulty tests and would like my money back.

The collection was quick easy and the guy explaining the way he would be talking the samples, very easy to me to. It was a good ordeal. No problems.

I mailed sample over two weeks ago still have not received results. I called 4 days ago, and was told testing was not complete. How long does it normally take. I have never waited this long before.
