Very poor service
Unhappy with the implementation of shop on this website. Constant attempt to get me to buy more things, spend more money, sign up for marketing. Explicitly opted out of all these and still got regular marketing emails. When I received the package, there were additional products inside. I did not want plus more material trying to get me to spend more. All this plus a very expensive product means I’m going to look elsewhere. I don’t care how good the vitamins are, the customers need to be treated with more respect than this.

I have a subscription which automatically comes every month, however there was one mishap where i didnt receive my item and I contacted customer service and they were prompt in sorting out my order when I didn’t receive it and helpful

It's only been a week
It's only been a week, but I seem surprisingly less achy today after taking Osteofriend since its swift arrival. Either that or the slightly cooler weather has reduced inflammation in my body....time will tell! Not the most palatable powder supplement, but swigging it quickly and following with another drink makes it possible. Do you perhaps do it as a tablet instead?

Great product
For ten years I haven’t slept through the night but that is a thing of the past with Dr Vegan’s magnesium. Restless legs have also improved. Really recommend, especially if you are taking a PPI.

I received confirmation of my ordered on 3rd July 2026 and I had paid £22.50 for it. On 4th July I was sent an email saying my order had been shipped. I was sent another email saying Royal Mail Tracked 48TM would be delivering my order. I tracked my order as by the email sent, the message read and still reads ( weire expecting it)

Ordering too complicated
Ordering too complicated. Wanted six packs and had to order 3 at one price and 3 more at a higher price, silly.
Also had great difficulty website using same again delivery address and had once again to key in the same address with system telling me my same keyed address had to many characters. Had to chop my address for system to accept. Very frustrating.
