It was exactly a year back when I was combatting a feeling of depression for being overweight. Due to the weight gain I had become lethargic and my joints were hurting. I was following a crash diet, due to which my skin began to sag and my hair fall was terrible. The worst part was, my confidence level went for a toss. I had become a total wreck. I suffered from high B.P. too. I knew that it wouldn't be long before other illnesses caught me.
Being introduced to this community was a God sent gift to me. Today after losing 16 Kgs of extra baggage of weight, I have regained my lost confidence, my B.P. is normal, my skin doesn't sag anymore and I feel so very energetic throughout the day.
Once you join the SBTC Community you are not an outsider anymore. Dr. Vikas, through his firm, loving and fun ways guides you to gain your ideal weight and helps you to lead a healthy life style. He has been a great source of inspiration to me, my family and all the members of the community. Sir, I love the way you introduce us to a variety of exercises everyday.
