Purchased 2 daschund winter coats absoloutely thrilled with them. Our standard is really long so is an awkward size, these coats fit perfectly. The quality is excellent they are excellent value for money, and super quick delivery would highly recommend

Brilliant service from this company. Ordered my poodle a waterproof coat. It arrived super quick, but when I tried it on him it was slightly too long on the underside (covered his winky 🤣). Requested an exchange and returned it, and the new coat arrived very quickly too. Fits perfectly and is extremely good quality. Thank you DryDogs.

I really like the dog coat my issue is more the pricing.

I measured my dog and ordered a small, which didn’t fit. I contacted about an exchange, the email back was very blunt but that was fine. My issue started when exchanging it, I had to pay to send back, but then also pay £2 to exchange?! made no sense, would of been better to return and reorder. Instead of a coat costing £20 it’s cost me much more!

Personally thing there’s better places to buy from.

After looking for a good water proof jacket for both my patterdale terriers, I decided to go with Dry Dogs due to their reviews. I chose the turquoise colour with the logo for both my dogs. However I originally ordered the 50inch im sure and when they arrived I tried them on my dogs and they just looked a bit too big and baggy so I sent them back and requested the smaller size. These are perfect and look & fit both Teddy & Buddy perfectly. DryDogs exchanged these coats without any hassle and both deliveries where speedy. Over all I am delighted with my product, the quality is great, the rain just runs of the jacket and they look & fit perfect so I would 100% recommend this company and get my dogs coats from here in future.

We have had various different products from dry dogs including coats and collars, none of them disappoint. Its so hard getting items to fit long dogs, and I am not sure what we would have done if our friend and fellow sighthound owner didn't recommend Dry Dogs.

Our latest purchase was for a leather collar for our wedding, and he looked great. We had a small issue but after an email it was all resolved. Our sweet boy looked so fabulous in his collar and it was great quality, and he got lots of compliments!

I just wanted to say how pleased I am with my order so far.
I previously used a Pointer & Hound lead and and waterproof coat however the similar lead to yours failed twice (bungee became detached inside) and a leg strap became detached.
All items were refunded as I didn't want the same issues with replacements
I was so pleased to find similar, but less expensive items with Dry Dogs. In particular the chest protection of the coat since my WHV gets a very dirty underbelly.
In fact, the functionality of the lead looks better than P&H due to the quick release to shorten the lead and the seat belt clip is at the short end rather than after the bungee and at the longest point of the lead as is with the P&H lead - in the event of an accident, the P&H lead would stretch to the full length of the lead and the bungee resulting in a catastrophic incident.
So far so good, I'm hoping that the quality of the shock bungee beats the P&H lead.
I look forward to purchasing more items with Dry Dogs

Absolutely brilliant harness. Fits my sighthound SO much better than any other harness I've ever bought. It's also lightweight at the same time as being genuinely escape proof. Great harness at a great price.

I have ordered a few things from Dry Dogs and the service has always been great . The products are of a high standard and lovely colour choices. I would highly recommend them .

I always buy my Whippet Belles coat from Drydogs and they are first class.

I ordered a collar for my dog and she was not happy in it. I rang Drydogs and they immediately offered to exchange it for another. I returned the original and, a couple of days later, the new one arrived. No paperwork involved. Fantastic service and great people to deal with.

The coat fits my dachshund beautifully. It keeps her nice and warm.

I have recently purchased a second coat for my 14 month old whippet Skye. I bought the first one in November and it’s been great throughout the cold wet winter. I’ve bought a beautiful Savanna coat which is colourful and has a striking zebra pattern. It’s perfect for cooler spring days. I would definitely recommend Dry Dogs for well made and top quality dog clothing and accessories.

Lucky enough to be able to visit DryDogs in person to have our newly adopted Portuguese Podengo mix Pudim fitted with a harness and coat. Everyone was so friendly and were great at helping choose the right harness (escape proof) and a great Savanna Sighthound coat. They took the time to get the right fit for her (and for her to grow into) and I think the items were good value for money. It's clear that they all really love dogs of all sorts and they treat your dog, like it is their own.

Size guide for Nordic coat is either out by 6inches or the product wasn’t consistent with the guide as my dog with a 33” neck to tail measurement fits with plenty of room in a 27” coat.

You’re expected to pay postage for their error but as with many other customers, you get told it’s fair because they split the costs. It’s not the customers fault the guide is wrong so it is inevitable. Do yourselves a favour and accept feedback or stop selling stock that has to be returned.

Second coat was not quality checked and arrived damaged (not marked), although they pay for return the communication is slow (had to chase twice) and when providing feedback you get a passive aggressive response from the general manager. Reading other reviews they harp on about being a family run business as the cause of delays and being very busy. That’s literally not customers fault or concern.

I just want the item I paid for and not told I can’t measure probably and that dogs are different sizes because I don’t consider myself stupid.

Due to my honest feedback, the general manager gets even more passive aggressive and recommended I don’t shop with them and will just refund me as I won’t be happy with the product. She is sorry I feel the way I do, even though she has caused the problems. Customers are at the mercy of them by giving inaccurate measurements, no quality checks and replying with sharp halfhearted responses that need to be chased.

Easier to shop with Amazon and receive an impersonal service without the attitude and cost of return. What’s the point in supporting family run businesses when they think the customer is at fault as soon as feedback is given.

Bought my lovely dog coat from Dry Dogs. Very pleased with purchase. Coat is waterproof and fits my German Shorthaired Pointer perfectly. I ordered a large. Would buy from them again.
