Dsg paddles showed on the website rear photos of mk6 vw golfs with the same specs as my mk6 golf. I ordered a vw rear badge for a 2012 vw golf and got an mk7 not mk6 badge. When I emailed support they asked for photos of the car and badge and then told me after many emails and vague replies that I had the wrong estate. I asked for clarification and they said that my vehicle was between years. Terrible communication and run around. Do not buy! Go local or Amazon.

Picked up front and rear emblems for my MK8. Fitment was spot on and the black finish completely changed the look of the car. Shipping was faster than expected and everything arrived well packaged.

I am incredibly disappointed with this company and strongly warn others to avoid purchasing from them. I made a minor, honest mistake during checkout and accidentally missed the house number from my shipping address. As soon as I realized, I immediately contacted their customer service team with the fully updated information so it could be corrected.What followed was an incredibly frustrating email exchange. We went back and forth multiple times, and it became clear they had absolutely no intention of helping me. I tried to be as reasonable as possible—I actively offered to pay for the extra postage costs to have it resent, and when they rejected that, I simply asked for a refund. They refused both options.It is completely unacceptable for a business to pocket a customer's money and refuse to help rectify a simple delivery mistake, especially when the customer offers to cover the costs. Their lack of flexibility, poor communication, and total disregard for customer satisfaction is shocking. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Ordered a set of emblem covers for my Golf GTI and was surprised by the quality. The finish matches the factory look really well and installation only took a few minutes. They've been through a few washes already and still look brand new.

Firstly this company is not based in the uk they are in Australia but advertise this no where, so yes the postage takes weeks.
The part I ordered didn't fit and was also check by my local garage and was incorrect.
However DSG insisted that it will fit so offer no refund but offer a 60% off another order.
Why would I order anything else when the part they originally sent didn’t fit! And of course no one would post to Australia!!

Ordered May 5th expecting 5–10 business day delivery, but the item was not actually handed over to Canada Post until May 14, well after purchase.

The shipment then experienced multiple delays and changing delivery estimates, only reaching the final regional hub later than expected.

Important note: this item appears to be dropshipped from AliExpress, buyers should be aware that they can get the same products that this store is selling for 75% cheaper while waiting the same delivery time and having a lot more security in your purchase and compensation for late delivery

I ordered a part a while back, said it was out for delivery for 2 days, then like many others could not be delivered message came. Sent 4 email messages not one response. Why do companies have to pull this shit? Filed with credit card company for refund, I'll do what it takes to give these morons a hard time, save your money

I ordered a few things on February 6th, and after a month they got “lost in transit”. I had to fight them to reship it since they kept claiming it would be at my apartment “any day” yet the shipping hadn’t updated in weeks and was clearly lost. They reshipped it, and the second one gets intercepted after another month of transit because they used counterfeit postage. Had to pay their backlog on the parcel to pick it up from a local post office, and finally got it. Terrible customer service, terrible business practice, but the products themselves weren’t that bad. If you can stay away from this company I’d highly advise so, even a 1 star review isn’t fitting for them.

Two stars , product would be 4 stars. But I ordered in November Order was missed never posted , fair enough mistakes happen … it then arrived in January and without the key ring or air fresheners I was expecting more freebies as my order was messed up in the first place. Took ages to reply as well.

Got it for my Audi and fitment was good and product feels quality.

Basically aliexpress parts for an upcharge. Ordered emblem covers and its just clear plastic with a sticker on it. Should of know this was a scam site when you cant post reviews on their

When I searched for Nissan Z 2024 carbon fiber paddle shifters, their product page was the first one that popped up and it said Nissan and Infiniti. When I purchased and found out it didn’t fit, they wouldn’t provide a return label and it cost $100 to ship back because they’re in Australia. It is not clear on their product page about what car it fits and doesn’t fit.
