I've had DSL Extreme for about 10 years now and couldn't be happier. I NEVER have issues with "down" internet problems like so many of my neighbors. I've had to call customer service twice in those ten years and have received quick, professional service. I won't go anywhere else.
I have used DSL Extreme a couple times…
I have used DSL Extreme a couple times in the pass. I never had any problems. Just switched back and forth between them and ATT. I just switched back to DSL Extreme, everything is working fine. ATT just keeps jacking their prices up and then lies to me about saving money.
Uncaring
I called to close my account on 1-19-24. I emailed my request on 1-23-24. They billed me again on 1-27-24. They won’t credit that amount saying it takes them 30 days to close an account!
The company is untrusty
The company is untrusty, they will charge the customer what ever they want. And the wifi service is frequent interrupted. When you restart the modern, it could take 30 minutes to connect to their service.
Worst company EVER!!!
Worst company EVER!!!! They tore our lawn to crap and left cables and flags everywhere for 3 MONTHS!! Totally RUINED our back lawn not to mention the customer service is an absolute fricking joke!!!!!

I had this very slow service for about 4 years. In June of 2021 my AT&T phone line went out and they gave me a 5 day appointment to repair. Two days later the internet went out and when I called they gave me a 3 day appointment, which was going to be the same as AT&T's. I explained that I was now without phone or internet and found that commitment unreasonable in 2021, that I could not and would not wait that long for repair. The representatives made clear that there would be no repair before the commitment date and offered no alternative. When the ATT repairman showed up I already had working internet with another provider and I gave him the DSL equipment. Since the payments were automatically deducted from my credit card I had the billing blocked. Last month I received a statement from DSL that picked up billing on 10/13/2021 for service that I do not have and equipment that was returned 4 months prior. I have explained to the representative that DSL broke the contract to provide service, that a 3-5 day appointment in 2021 is unreasonable and that I will not be paying $141.96 for service that I do not and did not have. I also advised that if I get another bill I will refer to the Attorney General in California and the U.S. Senate Investigative Committee to examine these practice
Good, reliable service.
Good, reliable service. They do not give you the run around to give you the best deal like AT&T. With DSLExtreme, you get the best deal upfront. You don't have to ask for it.

My monthly charge almost doubled with the new service I was obligated to buy. This created a real financial hardship. I've never had a service fee increase this much at one time.
Whenever I call for customer service I have to explain the situation two or three times and it's usually a simple issue.
DSL Extreme is not engendering loyalty in me.
Excellent Service
I honestly have never had a problem with my internet service with DSL Extreme in the years that I have had it. I highly recommend DSL Extreme. They provide Excellent Service.
Very disappointed
On November 12th my phone service started as scheduled.
However, I have yet been able to use my computer and connect to the internet.
I've called customer service but the young man was not able to help me and said I needed to call the geek squad to help out.
As my computer was working fine before this new service, I'm pretty disappointed with their inexperienced personnel that'll be costing me additional money when I get around to it.
Service has been good
Service has been good, except when I asked to bundle phone, it didn't happen. I had to call back to add it. Then phone service didn't work because the instructions that came with the adapter were wrong; that the service tech corrected for me. And I can't see an order history on their site, it gives me an error. I contacted customer service, got a Ticket [#7774573-2336#] October 27, but have heard nothing sense and still can not see the order.

I just converted to the DSL Extreme high speed internet plan. The customer service representative Edward was outstanding in all facets of making my conversion problem free. Also, the AT&T modem installer person David stayed with me until the entire process was explained and installed.

I was forced to get the AT&T modem with wireless receiving; however, our office was too far away from the outside box. As a result I had dial up speed for almost 2 weeks. Communication was poor. It was not a happy experience.

May as well stick with one of the larger providers.
Service has changed from an economy service to a me too service. I found out after the deal that ATT would have been better since they offer senior discounts that would have made the service more affordable. Nothing like having no options.
