These mattresses are cheap and good, normally. My latest one has shrunk back so it is four whole inches too short for the bed frame. I have photos. I messaged on eBay and was ignored. I messaged their website and was told they couldn't trace the order, in spite of knowing the delivery address. I sent them the eBay order details and have been ignored. I asked for a block of foam, not a whole new mattress.

I've paid £17 for a block of foam to fix the issue. I doubt I'll be receiving compensation for that any time soon, but I'll update if I do.

This is a fantastically comfortable mattress! I'd never had a full foam mattress before but I am definitely a convert! I purchased through Amazon. Great communication from the seller too. In a nutshell I'm a heavier guy and this just moulds in all the right places and I have a great nights sleep, way better than my old sprung mattress! I would recommend them in a heartbeat, brilliant value for money. Fun watching it reinflate, and I had to use it within 12 hours of opening, but felt just fine. Please note this mattress is very heavy to try and move by yourself, get help and your back will thank you.

I purchased a bed from DS Living via Debenhams on 28/1.

Delivery was promised by 6/2 but did not arrive until 11/2 with no comms.

When the bed arrived there were zero instructions on how to put it together and it was also missing a foot meaning it could not be used.

I contacted DS Living 11/2 to point out the missing foot and ask that they send that part. A week on there’s still no sign of that, or any tracking details showing one has been sent.

Really disappointed that I’m still unable to use the bed coming up 2 weeks after it was due for delivery.

The bed itself looks nice but unfortunately the service has been very poor and lack of instructions is unhelpful.

I will have to seek a refund if this remains unresolved.

It gets worse, no instructions to put the thing together either, just how to put the spring struts in.
Being my first time buying an ottoman bed I had no idea the support on the end of the bed would be so bad.
I'm absolutely angry and so unhappy with my purchase through Homebase.
