Disappointed

I passed my test today first time with just 1 minor. Thanks to Rani who took me on last minute she’s extremely patient and explains things well. I would highly recommend Rani. Also the booking process was quick and easy.

I had a few lessons with Rani Gadday. She’s really friendly and made me feel very relaxed. If it wasn’t for her I definitely wouldn’t have passed my test. I would definitely recommend her 100%

I had Rani for my lessons and she was really informative, calm and helpful during lessons. She helped to calm my nerves before the test and I passed on my second try. I would highly recommend!!

I booked 3 weeks before my test, With nerves through the roof. I was paired with Manisha and honestly she is the most amazing amazing instructor ever, Even when I was panicking she remained calm with me.. and I PASSED!!!! Thank you for your positivity!!!!!!

I really thank to Manisha Gadday for teaching me the correct driving techniques within my pre-lesson. I managed to pass my driving test at the first time with 3 minor faults but I'm still proud of myself that it's already behind me.

Booked a 2-hour pre-test warm-up lesson with DTC for my driving test at 12:38. The instructor provided a vehicle significantly larger than what I had been training in, with no warning. Naturally, the first part of the lesson involved adjusting to an unfamiliar car , which is completely normal. Despite visibly improving throughout the session, the instructor decided one hour in that I was “not ready” and refused to let me use the vehicle for my test. No refund offered. I missed my test entirely and lost my test fee as a result. A professional instructor should be able to distinguish between a student adjusting to an unfamiliar vehicle and a student who genuinely cannot drive. This was either a serious failure of judgment or a deliberate way to avoid accountability. Either way, DTC cost me my test slot, my money, and months of preparation. Avoid if you are booking a pre-test lesson , you cannot trust that they will actually show up for you when it matters.

I passed My Driving Test on first Try!!!
I had my test move forward to today, 11th of May, and since it was a very last minute, the first instructor that I got in touch with was unable to help me out. Trying to find a last minute instructor on a weekend was a struggle, until I stumble into DTC Driving School. Straight away I got in touch with them. They book me in with Manisha for an hour before my test and even though it was my first time meeting her, she was so kindly helping me out and correct me when necessary. Overall I recommend DTC Driving School and my instructor Manisha.

I was lucky enough to book former examiner Manisha Gadday for a mock test and got so much more than I bargained for. We decided to pause the mock test every 10 minutes or so to review recent faults while they were still fresh in my mind, and Manisha gave me a ton of very practical tips to help me address the things I struggled with in my driving. She knew the test inside out and helped calm my nerves before my real test, which I passed on the second attempt with 3 minors.

My only regret is that I couldn't take more lessons with Manisha as I don't live in that area and only went there for a mock test :)

Was a bit slow to pick up the enquiry at the start but when contact was made the information given was clear and communication continued effectively to guide you through the process.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the car I hired for my driving test on 27 April.
Unfortunately, when I arrived to use the vehicle, I was informed that the clutch was not functioning properly. This was extremely disappointing, especially as I was only made aware of the issue just one hour before my scheduled test. Such short notice left me with no time to arrange an alternative vehicle.
As a customer, I believe it is reasonable to expect that a car hired for an important event like a driving test would be in proper working condition. This situation not only caused significant inconvenience but also affected my confidence during the test.
I am very disappointed with this experience and would appreciate an explanation as to why the vehicle was not checked and maintained appropriately prior to my booking. I would also like to know what steps you will take to prevent such issues in the future.
I look forward to your response and a suitable resolution to this matter.

If you are looking for an amazing instructor team this is the one. Please stop and check them out, response time is withbin 24 hours and communication and commitment to help was the best I have come accross.

I had a last min early morning exam far away... (I mean far) and this team got me assigned to an amazing mentor/instructor Mr. KAYANI with Kays Driving school in Illford. Absolutely the best, very informative, patient and was willing to help me get to a last min exam booking with a very informative and constructive critiquing of my driving just before an early morning exam. MR. Kayani was calm and his energy was so on point to as to not induce stress before my exam. I'm so grateful for his willingness to drive the extra distance away to get me to my exam test center. Definitely choose DTC to get booked in with Mr. Kayani.

DTC provided a great last minute test car and instructor named Jamal resulting in me passing my test at low pass rate location.

I had a very unfortunate fail on my first test and I found the cancellation which was at another test centre. I really needed last minute urgent driving lesson in that area and lucky me I got Manisha with me on this journey.
She is open minded welcoming calm and really nice teacher who actually knows what driving examiners looking for.
She helped me to get my confidence back and practice in the area and gave really useful insights on how to deal with hesitation.
I passed with 0 minors 2d time in a new test centre which still surprises me.
