Having purchased a Stihl battery roller lawnmower from DWT T&M Ltd with which was a flawless purchase with product arriving within delivery time and and well packaged, I decided to buy the Stihl Scarifier from them too. Once again it was flawless from buying to delivery. DTW is now my go to company for any future gardening equipment. Also, there were the best price for each item, even better that going direct to Stihl.

Very good customer service
Very good customer service. Order didn't arrive in a week so phoned and they said they'd look into it and phone me the next morning. They lost one star because I had to phone them, but they sorted out the problem- parcel was in a hub somewhere, so they resent the order next day delivery and substituted a packet of 10 blades that was not in stock with a larger packet. Really pleased that order was delivered the next day

Initial issue with order but all sorted by DTW
Bit of an issue with initial ordering a Stihl blower / vac but all resolved by the company to my satisfaction. I would consider buying from them again as prices are very competitive.
The only other issue was with their carrier (APC) as I stayed in all day waiting for delivery only for it to be delivered the next day.

They take your money promise you…
They take your money promise you delivery doesnt turn up and they same they might get it out to you next week. When you are depending on the tool to arrive you want to be able to deal with a company that you can believe in their promises.
