Horrendous customer service, inferior product

I ordered a dual band chin strap to help with sleep apnea. First it took weeks to arrive. I have had OSA for several years and used several types of CPAP masks so I'm very familiar with head gear which does not bother me. The dual chin strap however was extremely uncomfortable. The head gear and strap velcro produced increased pressure on both ears that prevented any type of side sleeping. Second the chin straps would migrate back towards my throat creating pressure on my Adams apple causing more discomfort.
When I contacted customer support through the email link a person named Robin basically tried to sell me different product. When I expressed that I wasn't interested and wanted to proceed with the return, they falsely informed me that they would email a return label which has never happened and despite several follow up attempts they have essentially ghosted me. Not what I would call trustworthy customer service. Would not recommend this company nor would I recommend the chin straps.

Works better and more comfortable than others I have tried

Used it for 10 nights so far and only one night with more than 5 events (12 events when I tried wearing it on top of my CPAP mask). More comfortable than the other masks but it does get a little warm and it does take paying attention when you put it on so it does not make your right ear or right eyelid feel a little uncomfortable. This completely stopped leaks due to not keeping my mouth fully within the full face mask and was more comfortable by far than the other two chin strap type headgear I tried.

The product was not the right product for me…

The product was not a right fit for me as I did not like the feeling of a full cap. Nothing wrong with it and It was never worn. I wanted to return it. They initially emailed me back and wanted me to send a picture to help it fit. I declined and now, no response. I have emailed them NUMEROUS times, no response. I WOULD NEVER order from this company again. Very poor costumer service!

Upward Support Without Jaw Pain

I’ve used this chin strap nightly for a week, averaging 7–8 hours per night, and it’s a clear improvement over standard designs. The dual-band system pulls upward instead of backward, which keeps the jaw in a neutral position—no soreness or tension in the morning.

Compared to a basic single-strap model I used previously, this one distributes pressure better and doesn’t leave marks on my face, even after a full night. The materials feel durable without being overly tight.

It also feels like the product was designed by people who understand real user issues. Customer support was responsive and helpful when I had sizing questions and other concerns.

Overall: more comfortable, better engineered, and easier to use consistently than typical chin straps.

The premium version

The premium version. With open ears is incredibly poor. Cheaper version works better but the premium shouldn't even sold it's that bad

Worst Customer Service Imaginable

I ordered the dual band chinstrap and paid $50 for the fastest shipping and was told it would arrive in three days. After the supposed delivery date passed, I checked the order status and they had shipped it with a low budget delivery service which stated that they had not even picked up the package and it would not be delivered for three weeks. I have been trying to contact the company for several days, and they do not even respond. If I could give zero stars I would, but unfortunately I have to give one star to write this review.

Review without delivery

I have not received the product I ordered because of supply problems. Delivery is now a month overdue but the supplier keeps reminding me to let you know how satisfied I am. I still have no information on when to expect delivery.

Genuine Review

There are enough 2 things to note here.
1) I have been using a cPAP for 30 yrs, and have tried over the years to get a good seal at night. Now I als have a mouth guard for teeth grinding. My mouth has been SO dry because of this. BUT NO LONGER. Mathis dual chin strap is outstanding. I have not had ANY dry mouth since getting this. My sleep is better and I am sleeping through the night.
2) I had an issue with delivery of my chin strap after I ordered it. I sent an email to support and I literally got a phone call within an hour of sending the email. Not only that, but I did this around 8:00 pm. I received profound apologies along with a new one being expedited to receive it the next day and I did get it. Unbelievable service.

It works!

It's a full hat with sides, but it works. Regular chin strap causing issues including a dent in my head that took a long time to go away.

Challenged CPAP User

I am a challenged CPAP user. I have tried many options with therapy that has cost many hundreds of dollars. It is rare that Knight Bridge Sleep Solutions stands by their product working to solve a major problem of mouth leaking. If the chinstrap doesn't work they offer a replacement or return. I appreciated a quality company that stand behind their product.

Slips off your chin

The angle that the straps are attached due to the ear openings makes it not line up with your chin and allows it to slide forward even if you pull it extremely tight. This totally defeats the purpose of the chinstrap. I like the ear openings because the strap without the openings is hot.

I measured my head carefully and these…

I measured my head carefully and these are so much too large and straps too long they don’t meet the Velcro. I can’t use them, I will need to size down dramatically, perhaps a new type of measuring?…………edit……. The dual strap customer service contacted me, we will exchange them for a smaller size

Suggestions for improving shipping of product.

I understand the delay in receiving the product from your vendor was due to circumstances beyond Knightsbridge Sleep Solutions control, and the company did a good job in communicating the delay in shipping to me. In the future, the company should request a cell phone in the shipping information as I used my landline phone number, thus unable to receive text messages from Veho shipping. I wasn't sure whether the delivery would be from UPS, FedEx, USPS or a small vendor such as Veho. There needs to be a place in the shipping instructions for more detailed information such as type building or complex, location of delivery, etc.

Black stains bedding

It works well, but had to buy the black because they were out of white. It stained and completely ruined my pillowcase.
