This company is a bunch of scammers passing off a cheap product for large sums of money. I sent e-mail regarding return before they were ever delivered after reading the reviews but never got an answer. I also sent another email regarding the return and never got an answer. I called the company today and it said the phone wasn’t working due to insufficient accts. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Expensive waste of money. The underwear arrived; I put on a pair the next day. I leaked about 4 tablespoons, and soaked through underwear and jeans. Had to clean the sofa cushion where I was sitting. I immediately emailed the company. I’ve now emailed them 4 times, and have gotten no response. Their customer service is nonexistent.

I ordered from the Duares website 10 pair of zero leak panties size large for the price of 5. Immediately upon getting my order confirmation, I noted the wrong size was indicated. I Immediately called a phone number indicated on the site which was not a good phone number. I also emailed the company at 2 different email addresses ...never getting a response. I eventually got a message stating my package was delivered and it was not. This, in my opinion, is a fraudulent company and no one should order any product from them. I disputed the charge with my credit card company.

SCAM! SCAM! They don’t honor their guarantee!

Do not waste your money. These so-called leak proof underwear are not worth 10 cents. Tried one pair on a Sunday morning without a pad and was so embarrassed I'm just glad I had on black pants. Read the return policy the 90 guarantee doesn't exist. 14 day returns no return label $20 restocking fee. They have tried to cover all aspects of returns to protect themselves not the customer.

Will not buy there incontinence underwear again. They leak some times, but watch out if you have to sneeze real hard.

I would give the a negative rating if possible. Their order to me never arrived. Correspondence with them promised a resolution that never happened. I can't rate their product since they kept my money and never came through. Stay as far away from Duares as you can.

I’d like to give them a negative one star. I guess I should have read the reviews before I ordered the product. It claimed to be a “zero leak”underwear. But that is far from my experience. And when I tried to get a refund, I was told: “Unfortunately, we cannot process a return or refund based on personal dissatisfaction, absorbency issues, or incorrect fit based on personal preference.“

Very dishonest company. The website states money back guarentee and free exchanges in numerous places but refuse to exchange for different size.
I was not asking for money back just a size that worked for me.

I recently placed an order with this company Upon check-out my order was doubled both product and amount due. After sending 6 different emails to 2 seperate addresses I finally recieved a boxed response. "We are unable to change an order after it is placed or provide refunds. But gesh, they were sorry, yea right!

Do not believe in their 100% money back guarantee. I bought these and they did not fit properly. They cut off circulation to my legs because they were so tight around the leg band. I even ordered a size larger than I usually wear. The material is extremely cheap and does not stretch. Save your $56. These underpants are not worth a penny. I did not wear them, but I poured water on them to see how absorbent they were. The water ran all over the counter. They didn't even absorb. The company refuses to refund my money even if I return them.

First the order was coming from China, which wasn’t noted in the order. When I finally got the order, after waiting 3 weeks, they didn’t fit. (Their zero leak underware). I even ordered a size up from what I normally wear! And the fabric was so cheap, they never wear long. Trying to contact them, but no invoice in package.

I wanted a refund, but they had no address I could return them to. I think it was a scam.

The delivery and tracking process was awful. When I contacted customer support they requested a $50 fee to help me with delivery. Since the knee massager was only $99 I declined. I did eventually receive the product and it’s actually quite good. Nevertheless I would strongly advise purchasing thru Amazon rather than Duares direct

After waiting almost 3 weeks for the merchandise I did not like the product and have been trying to return it. I sent notices to the company on their "Contact Form" and have received no reply. I tried to call. Their listed number is never available to accept calls and tells you to try again "later". I have tried over a dozen times.

Need to exchange items. Sent emails to Duares from several sources and addresses and no response. Called customer service number and was told to go to Voice Assistance and waited for an hour and 45 minutes. No response at all. The company stated 90 day free exchange or refund. Wondering if they wait for the time period to expire and then they don’t have to deal with it.

One star is two more than they deserve, Totally a scam company, tracking shows something left from NY the next state over from me and went to China, now stuck in China claiming that it is on its way back to the USA. Now after reading the other reviews, I see I'm not alone, seems at they are a professional rip off artist. Hopefully my credit card will be able to help.

Horrible experience and now I’m out $55 and never received the merchandise 🤬

I ordered hearing aids from Duares and product never received. When tried to reach out, there is no way to reach back out. I tried to contact since the email tells me my package was delivered, and the original order tracking does not work. No communication back from company.

Ordered the rechargeable hearing aids advertised as 14 day free trial. The aids were horribly uncomfortable and unsatisfactory. Package came with no return address and incorrect customer contact address. American Express gave me a correct contact address. They then made it so difficult with all sorts of loops that I just gave up and paid the $149 bill!!!! Definitely had a horrible experience. I would be most cautious about doing any sort of business with this organization.
