Good nice experience

I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and after-sales service I experienced with Dior.

I purchased a light-colored Dior bag in Milan, Italy, expecting the level of craftsmanship and durability associated with a luxury fashion house at this price point. However, after only a few careful and limited uses, serious dark stains and discoloration began appearing on both the handles and body of the bag.

The bag was handled very carefully and was never exposed to unusual conditions, which makes this deterioration completely unacceptable for a luxury product.

I later submitted the bag through the Dior boutique in Dubai Mall for assessment and repair. The bag remained with Dior for approximately two months, during which we repeatedly tried to communicate with the team and seek a reasonable solution.

Unfortunately, the response we received was extremely disappointing. Dior informed us that we would need to pay for the repair ourselves, despite the fact that this appears to be a clear quality issue. Even more concerning, they explicitly stated there was no guarantee the same problem would not happen again after the repair.

We were also informed that the proposed repair could only improve the issue by around 40%, while significantly altering the original leather texture and appearance of the bag.

What made the situation even more alarming was that staff at the Dubai boutique acknowledged that similar complaints had already been received from multiple customers regarding Dior’s light-colored bags.

If this is a known recurring issue, it is very difficult to understand how Dior continues to sell these products at such premium prices without properly standing behind their quality.

I own products from several other luxury brands and have never experienced this level of deterioration combined with such poor after-sales support.

For a brand positioned at the highest level of luxury, this entire experience has been deeply disappointing and has seriously damaged my trust in Dior

We didn't even ask for our money back—we simply asked for a travel voucher to come at a later date. Management was completely inflexible, basically keeping our money without providing any service. It is shameful for a luxury hotel in Dubai to profit from a global crisis at the expense of its guests. I have all the WhatsApp and email proofs of their refusal. I will be updating this review across all platforms daily until this is resolved. A hotel that doesn't stand by its guests in times of force majeure doesn't deserve your business
