I just received my beautiful well-crafted Jewelry from Dubai Jewel Factory I ordered online. Delivery is fairly on time as well, I appreciate that it was well packed from FedEx too. it was my first time ordering so I was a little hesitant but turned out to be a good buy. the price tag is reasonable not to mention the extraordinary service of Aman and their customer service team has! I was being a difficult customer at some point during a negotiation because of casual delays but by the end, he was very respectful and maintained composure all the time. Credits to Aman for helping me out get a little privilege and being extra helpful. this is what makes customer repeat business excellent service plus, quality product, reasonable price I only wish they have more options in the future will definitely purchase more soon!

I wanted a “family-birthstone ring” of myself, my husband and our son. I came to this shop with the design I wanted to be customized but I ended up buying 3 different rings with 3 different birthstone.

We were looking for upgrade to our wedding rings for our 25th anniversary. After visiting Gold Suk we decided to go to Gold & Diamond Park, as we found a few interesting rings on online shops that are based there. We were happy to meet Aman in his shop and pick very nice puzzle rings. He was able to make our rings within 2 days and even deliver them to our hotel. I think both parties were happy enough. We can highly recommend him.
