Very Happy with their service, did a great job cleaning all our evaporative and heating ducts. Booking was a good experience explaining the full procedure in detail and very competitive pricing. Originally book with another company but cancelled a day before because a staff was sick and would not help get some one else to do the job as they were closing the week before Christmas. It shows their customer care factor versus being in holidays. I called Duct Mates and they were 100 time more professional than their competitors even working up to Christmas Eve to get our job done.
