My experience at Dudley Associates was extremely disappointing. The company appears to suffer from a lack of investment, with much of the equipment feeling outdated and overdue for modernisation. Rather than being a place that encourages growth and development, working there often felt like simply serving time from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Management was a major concern. The manager's communication style was often inappropriate and lacked professionalism, with employees frequently being spoken to in a disrespectful tone. I also witnessed what I considered to be homophobic remarks being made during working hours, which created an uncomfortable and unprofessional working environment.
Overall, I found the culture outdated, the equipment neglected, and the management approach poor. Based on my experience, I would not recommend the company to others seeking a positive and respectful workplace.
