As a loyal user of duel.com, playing since site launched. Site is insanely rigged, actually, stay away from here, rakeback is such a joke, originals are rigged, duel is the best site for sports, withdrawals are instant and you can feel like if you "win" on duel youll get your money, never seen people with problems of withdrawals, transparency at bets, but not on gameplay, really stay away from here if you going to play on the casino.

I gave Duel a fair shot, but there are some serious transparency issues here that shouldn’t be ignored.

They advertise “provably fair” and 100% RTP, but there’s no clear or verifiable way for an average user to actually confirm that. If a platform makes those claims, the burden is on them to make the process transparent and easy to validate—not buried behind vague explanations or systems that can’t be independently checked.

On top of that, the chat moderation feels excessive. It’s less like a community and more like everything is tightly controlled, which makes it hard to have any honest discussion about the platform itself.

Overall, between the lack of true verifiability and the restrictive environment, it doesn’t inspire much trust. I’d people just depo at site where the customer support ain’t incompetent also.

Updating my review after duel replied claiming that very little gets you muted in chat. They forgot to mention another thing that will get you muted in saying anything that their trigger happy mods makes them cry

This casino is truly a mixed bag. While they do pay out winnings immediately, there are a few quite concerning aspects to this casino.

- No age verification. Basically anyone underage can gamble here with no checks and furthermore…

- You can create as many accounts as you like. Combined with what I mentioned above, this is highly dangerous and immoral.

- No responsible gambling tools. Sure, you can get your account banned but nothing is stopping you from creating new accounts as mentioned before. They try to direct you to Gamban or Cold Turkey, which quite frankly do not help much if you are a hardcore addicts and if you are on an iOS device they do not literally help at all since the apps can be deleted on a whim with no real tricks. Outsourcing responsible gambling to addicts is not a very morally sound decision, since these individuals suffer from a severe lack of impulse control by default. They say everyone needs to make the decision themselves which is not only rude, also displays clearly that the platform does not understand the severity of a gambling problem.

- Ossi Ketola, the owner, is facing criminal charges in Finland and hasdone a lot of dubious and heinous acts in the past as well.

While they do offer a clear cut, well working, lag free platform and immediate withdrawals, they are severely lacking in the moral department which, for me, outweighs the good by a long shot.

EDIT: I would also like to add that vast majority of the comments in the chat are racist and anti-semitic. This is not only ignored but somewhat enforced by the moderators. If you are Afro-European, Afro-American, African or Jewish, you are going to be insulted and feel like a second class citizen. The owner, Ossi Ketola, has held events with racist overtones hosted by convicted sex criminals in Helsinki city center (this is no secret, it was flamboyantly live streamed) so it’s seriously no wonder.

EDIT 2: The support cites ’freedom of speech’ as the reason for tolerating racism on their platform. This includes tolerating racial slurs against various ethnic groups. Racist behaviour is outlawed in most jurisdictions, including the one Duel is licensed in. Upon asking of other forms of illegal activities included Duel’s definition of freedom of speech, the support agent fell quiet stating that ’begging is not allowed’ and refused to elaborate more on the platform’s definition of freedom of speech.

As a person of Jewish descent, I have no reason to support a platform that enables racism and dangerous activity. If need be, I can provide full chat transcripts regarding my interactions with Duel.

A great highlight would be Michael from support stating the following regarding my enquiries about their tolerance of hate speech:

First of all, this is not a 100% rtp casino. They are false advertising. Only 8 out of total over thousands of games on their sites are 100% rtp, blackjack is 99.5% but you get like 0.2% back from what you wager but you're still playing at disadvantage. You can deposit via Bitcoin using Visa and the money is in your Duel account immediately. The best thing is that cashout goes instantly, or the 5-15 minutes it takes through the blockchain. I use Revolut bank for the deposit and cashouts and its insta. They did ask for my ID and a letter confirming address after some deposit and cashouts, but they did it the right way. They didnt block my cashout and asked for papers when I asked for cashout like most. I got the message before I deposited after they asked for papers.

I gave this one multiple chances from time to time, and I mostly played keno, but I can tell you this casino feels like the most rigged one. I've played keno on multiple sites but it wasn't this horrible. Others have 97% rtp while duel claims they have 100% (which is visible on the payout),but the only thing is you never gonna hit,the game is so dry its unbelievable. Never been able to make a withdraw, and I think casual players only loose. Also non-existent player protection, every child can sign up, they don't even ask for email, which is the most weird thing ever. Should be illegal what they are doing.....

Have been playing here for quite some time now. Still up pretty good (both originals and casino) so the rtp cant be a scam like many claim it to be. The bonus and affiliate system are also better than any other major site. Support is great, it is the only site where it feels like I am talking to real people. UI needs to be improved tho.
