Terrible service
Terrible service. Requested dumpster multiple days in advance for a Friday morning delivery, showed up at 6pm. No contact, no way to get a hold of anyone about the placement. We were stuck with the bin till Thursday the next week in a crowded street in Berkeley even though I had requested it be picked up ASAP on Saturday (Closed on weekends, but could've picked up Monday).
They charged me over twice more than normal because it had a few bricks in the concrete. I've used other dumpster rental companies and even with a mixed load of 10yard, it's not even close to that price.

A couple of clarifications for context:
Delivery timing: We schedule deliveries by day, but exact arrival times aren’t guaranteed since routes are finalized for efficiency. While late-day deliveries can happen, we know that’s not ideal and we appreciate your patience.
Pickup timing: Pickups are completed within a 1–4 business day window, which is outlined in our agreement. Because routes are locked the night before, we aren’t able to add next-business-day pickups once schedules are set. Your Thursday pickup fell within that window.
Overage charges: The dumpster was ordered for clean concrete, which has a lower disposal rate. The load contained mixed materials (including bricks), which are charged by landfills based on weight. Concrete and brick are extremely heavy, so while the final bill can be surprising, it reflects landfill disposal fees that are disclosed in advance in our rental terms.
We genuinely aim to be transparent about pricing and scheduling, and we’re sorry this didn’t come across clearly during your rental. Feedback like this helps us continue improving how we set expectations and communicate.
