Costly Experience Due to Pickup Delays and Overage Fees
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this dumpster company was frustrating.
I was initially given incorrect dumpster dimensions, which led me to rent a container that was too small and incur avoidable extra costs. Despite this, I continued renting multiple dumpsters and spent a substantial amount with the company throughout my project.
The biggest issue came at the end of the rental. I requested a dumpster pickup, but it remained on site for about a week. Their contract says pickup will be completed between 1 -4 business days. 7 full days later, and many calls, they finally completed pick up. During that time, additional material was added and the container was exposed to rain. The company later charged me an overage based on the final weight, even though I had already requested removal and no longer had meaningful control over those factors.
They also could not provide accurate delivery windows, causing repeated delays in coordinating with my construction team.
When I raised these concerns, the company acknowledged the pickup delay and offered a partial credit but refused to waive the remaining balance. I was then told that interest charges would be added if I did not pay within a few days.
Their contract states that “excessive weight” will be billed beyond the included tonnage. I found this misleading because I stayed within the stated guidelines for construction debris, including wood and siding, yet every single load incurred hundreds of dollars in overage charges, charged to my credit card on file without my authorization.
Based on my experience, I would consider other rental companies. I found their business practices concerning and was disappointed with the overall service.

Regarding the overage charges, our invoices are based on certified landfill weight tickets, and the final dumpster weighed substantially more than the included disposal allowance. While we were unable to agree on the cause of the excess weight, we reviewed your concerns in detail and offered a courtesy reduction to help resolve the matter.

Delivery is a time sensitive matter. Lots of money lost due to non productivity. Demo can not be done if you don't have a dumpster.

Paid Up front for 7 days - They Could Only Do 3
I reserved a dumpster for 7 days and was charged immediately, but then received multiple texts saying they couldn’t deliver it on the reserved date or even the following days.
So they had no problem taking my money right away, but apparently had no ability to honor the reservation.
To make things worse, after paying for 7 days, they then told me I could only keep the dumpster for 3 days because the City of Chula Vista would supposedly fine them. Conveniently, they also refused to prorate the cost for the reduced rental period. Their “solution” was to simply not charge me for a potential weight overage, something that may never have applied in the first place, especially since I lost four days of filling it.
The entire experience was completely unprofessional and misleading. There was zero transparency, and it honestly felt like they were more interested in locking in payment than actually providing the service that was promised.
Would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone.
I am still waiting on my refund.

Before delivery, we informed you that the dumpster could not remain on site for the originally requested timeframe due to local restrictions, and at that point the order was canceled before the dumpster was delivered.
A full refund was processed yesterday, and we also resent the refund receipt for your records. Depending on your bank, refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear on the account.
We understand the frustration caused by the scheduling issue and appreciate the feedback.
Wonderful website with speedy service
The ease in navigation and straightforward format of the website made reserving a dumpster a very pleasant experience. I really liked the speed of service, specifically that a dumpster rental can be booked only 48 hours ahead. Also, the price was displayed upfront so I knew this at the very beginning of the process.
