Website was super user friendly and functioned well. As a first time dumpster rental I was confused by the sizing of the dumpsters. Whether they were 10 yards in size (length) or 10 yards in volume. But the experience was good!

Service horrible and do not follow instructions cost me to loose money
The worse service ever. We gave simple instructions to follow and it clearly stated it on the contract but they still did not follow it. We were told an ETA time and the dumpster was dropped off after ETA time provided. Also it takes them 1 to 4 business days to pick up dumpster. Because of them my work was behind 2 days. And it cost me a lot of off pocket for example I had to pay additional $1400 for the skidsteer because we couldn’t load the dumpster anymore and it was waiting game on the next dumpster to be dropped off. I won’t be back unless they find an away to make me happy. Service horrible. Don’t follow instructions nothing.
Part 2:
I reached out to Cynthia regarding her reply to my review and they did nothing but gave me the run around. I asked for 1 day refund and they said they will have to check with hire up but they never called me back. I followed back again and they said she was busy but will give me a call back. Nothing absolutely nothing was resolved if anything they wasted my time again. They reply to your review and act as if they will do something about the issue but all it is is for show. This company is horrible and lack of communication- I definitely will never be back again.

I reviewed your order, and a couple things here shouldn’t have gone the way they did. The initial placement not matching your instructions and requiring a return trip is something we take seriously, and we’ll be addressing that internally. That shouldn’t have caused disruption to your job.
On timing, while deliveries are scheduled within a broader service window due to routing, I agree that expectations around timing should always be clearly communicated so there are no surprises.
For pickup, I see that the pickup was done on your requested date, the 16th.
