It was an easy transaction. Just a phone call for delivery setup, pay for it and then call for pick up and that was it. Good pricing too. Was a good dumpster rental experience.

The bin was delivered when and where I had requested and picked up on the scheduled date as requested.

My only comment would be, I could have really used a 10 yard but got a 20 which was huge for my job.

The dumpster was delivered at the end of the day due to truck problems but was no problem.They were on time for the pickup and worked out fine so I would recommend them.

Very unhappy with Dumpster.com. I contacted them and received a confirmation that a roll of dumpster would be delivered Wednesday (today at time of writing), but that the earliest they could reschedule would be for Friday (two days late). Thankfully, I contacted them after 3:30 PM as the dumpster did not arrive. After checking, they confirmed the dumpster was "delayed" and would not be delivered until who knows when. I had a contractor at my house who started ripping my deck out, so a delay was not acceptable. They could not offer any explanation why this was delayed, why I was not contacted regarding the delay, but agreed to escalate to the "team lead". Fortunately, a local company helped me out and I promptly cancelled my order with dumpster.com. The local company was actually less expensive as well.

I called kind of at the last minute to ask if a dumpster would be available the next day, and not only did they have one in my size, but they were able to get it to me that next day. The cost was extremely reasonable, especially because you got to keep the dumpster for up to 10 days. Customer service was excellent, and the dumpster was picked up promptly after I requested a pick up date.

We were very happy. Our dunpster was there on time. And as it turned out, we called them to remove it a day early, and that was done with no fuss. Like I said, great seevice!

Dumpsters.com did a good job with my rental. It was delivered on time, and the driver was professional and helpful. I would rent from them again.
