Beautiful garments
Beautiful garments sent by Royal Mail, not courier which is always an issue for me. I’m kept up to date at every stage of the order.
Very professional, I will always return to this company for cashmere.
My cashmere jumper was referred to as “ooh very soft”. I didn’t have to say a word, the garment spoke for itself.

I am an XL in ALL garments I buy BUT the jumpers came up more like Large, I’ve sent them back to exchange for XXL in the hope that they fit as the knitwear is lovely to feel

Lovely weight and quality
I had purchased from Dunedin Cashmere when we visited Edinburgh, so I knew the quality of knitwear.
I'm very pleased with my cashmere jumper and with the fit. It is a very good weight to wear under a jacket or coat when outdoors, It is very suitable for dressing up.

Terrible terrible returns admin - and no refund!
I’ve had a couple of things I would rate as ok for the price. No more than ok.
However I ordered a cape and it was massive … drowned me.
I have never experienced such a complicated admin process for returns with any company. After spending ages working out all the complications involved… I returned through Royal Mail.
After receiving no refund I emailed them and they said they hadn’t received it at warehouse. They asked me to send tracking number/ proof. Unfortunately I lost the slip of paper. So I have no proof. But I’m sure that Royal Mail would have delivered it. I always doing returns this way.
I notice another review here which describes the same problem. Company have replied to the review with “ send proof of tracking”
I could probably find proof somewhere in one of my bags .. or via the post office .. but I really can’t waste any more of my life on one cheap item
Unless you are SURE you want the item - don’t bother.
The very worst, most complicated ( deliberately?) returns policy ever.!
This is the first ( and hopefully last) negative review I’ve ever written for anything.
I just don’t like being hoodwinked like this
