I ordered sandals 21st June. Got an email to say they had been shipped but no further correspondence after that. The email addresses were obviously fake, no other way to contact them, no phone numbers! Informed my bank about the whole process and they reimbursed me. Yesterday I got notification from the bank that they were taking out the money from my account again as the sandals had been delivered !!! Somehow Dunnkeynes were able to show this timeline that showed the goods were delivered which is an absolute lie!
They used the platform Track17 and when I googled this company it has been found that sometimes scam firms are able to give customers false tracking numbers which look authentic but are definitely false and show that goods have been delivered. It’s not even about the money at this stage but the fact Dunnkeynes are scamming unsuspecting people. I would give them a ‘minus’ star if that was possible.

Ordered two pairs of sandals 6 weeks ago .. not received. Unable to contact company except by email .. sent 8 emails .. no answers

Ordered two tool sets for birthdays of some friends to have tool sets they could just put in vehicles when on long trips for emergency use. Dunnkeynes has taken the money from my account and confirmed order on July 23, 2026. Here it is almost a month later and no items that were ordered and Dunnkeynes has made no attempts to communicate with me after several attempts. The funds have not been put back to my account and debit card had to be canceled and a new one issued due to their Scamming.
Shop is another entity that apparently is in on the Scamming with such so called merchants because they will not respond to any correspondence attempts either after claiming to protect your transactions.
Even gave Dunnkeynes a tip because they claimed fast shipping and delivery and, as I said the purchases were for two birthdays.
Dunnkeynes should be ashamed and the BBB should prosecute these people to the full extent of the law.
BTW, would have given alot lower rating but, one star was as low as the rating went.

I ordered sandals from this company on July 21st. Heard nothing since confirmation of order regarding delivery and I have had no replies to my emails which seem to bounce back several days later. This is another scam company and not to be trusted.

Ordered shoes 3rd July still have not received them begging to think this a scam order n#23134-1743

I ordered shes on 22nd June still not received by 3rd August they are clearly a scam.
Emails get nonsense responses which I suspect are AI generated. I cannot get a refund from him/them
