Purchased product not delivered
A garden kneeler chair was advertised with a complimentary side pouch. I purchased it and received notification that the order was shipped from the US to Australia. I only received the complimentary pouch without the chair. Contact with the company is difficult and communication with the shipping service was unhelpful. I would not purchase again!!!

Duplicaten is a scam site
Judging by the reviews on Trust Pilot I've been 100% scammed. I purchased a ultrasonic cleaner in February and I never recieved it. Nobody responds to mails etc. I should have checked Trust Pilot before purchasing the product.

This is a scam site. We purchased book markers from them. Aside for finding them for about 75% less on Amazon, we canceled our order within 5 minutes. 5 days later we followed up after not receiving a response. They finally replied and told us it had already shipped and it was too late. We disputed the charge with our credit card company and will refuse the delivery "if" the product ever shows up. Here we are a month later and still no delivery to refuse. Stay away from this store or Elegnation.com.

They also have tried to make a new transaction from my card but it was a virtual credit card and they could not be successful for scamming.

This supposed ultrasonic cleaner is entirely useless and does not in any way do what it purports to do. I wrote on many occasions and supplied videos as requested which is all just a ruse to have you lose interest in complaining. They eventually responded with giving me a $3 refund which ludicrous as it simply doesn’t work. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY!!!

The absolute worse customer service.
They only communicate via email and refuse to issue refunds after waiting 2 months on a lost shipment they expect for you to be patient at your own expense for their lack of a proper shipping company.
In the end I ended up contacting my credit card company to file a claim for a fraudulent transaction.
