These guys and there automated trading are terrible, guaranteed to lose all your funds within 6 months. I have tried 3 different traders, even the conservative ones and while they win some small trades they then lose a couple of trades worth thousands of dollars because they don't have a stop loss. The stat's and graphs on their website do not represent the real time results. They should advertise that they don't use stop losses especially when they are trying to attract the novice trade. Absolute rip off, you are better off trying it yourself or not at all.

Une fois les traders "sélectionnés", ils font ce qu'ils veulent sans contrôle ni pouvoir d'action de la plateforme en cas de prise de positions incohérentes ou suicidaires (85% de DD dans mon cas). Un seul trader a dilapidé mon compte en 4 trades (4 pertes à -300€ pour 1500€ alloués à ce dernier) On m'a gentiment expliqué que c'est la 2e fois que ça lui arrive et qu'il réalimente son compte pour continuer à trader, drôle de stratégie...

N'espérez pas de SL à 1% ou autre astuce pour limiter les pertes, cette fonction n'est tout simplement pas possible sur la plateforme.

Seul point positif, les conseillers au téléphones sont toujours dispos mais malheureusement que pour exprimer leur impuissance face à leurs propre traders !

Je m'en suis remis à des soi-disant "experts" du trading, il en ressort un comportement de débutant, où les fondamentaux semblent être oubliés. Après avoir retirer l'ensemble des fond encore dispo, je ne veux plus entendre parler de Duplitrade !

Absolutely shocking , lost all my money , do not trust them at all

Minimum sum to copy is high and no risk mitigation option is given to investor like SL copying.

Trader is super aggressive and platform does not do anything to limit them. Doubt platform do any continuous auditing of traders once brought onto duplitrade.

Lost all capital within 3 days after following for around 8months.

DupliTrade service was sold to me by my brooker "Avatrade" as been part of their services which is lie. I've studied the different strategies and have chosen one, I've made the requiered depost 7k and tested the service for 1 month. What I have noticed :
the open and close prices aren't the same between my account and the strategy
The majority of my trades were closed by SL while still open in the strategy followed.
The stratgy was showing profil while I've kept losing money.
When I've contacted Duplitrade they explained to me that the SL was due to my brooker and that the delay between open prices is in average compensated.
So for the first answer, if you already now that I will never be able to make profil, why do you let me in the strategy? For the other answer, I've not seen any compensation, for 1 month test the delay of trades was always at my disadvantage!!!

De vrais amateurs... Ils arrivent à shorter le pétrole en pleine guerre d'ukraine ! Résultat : de 12 000€ à 1,30€ en 24h ! Ils n'appliquent aucun SL...
Je déconseille fortement ce service, des têtes brulées...
En plus méfiez vous des résultats annoncés car ils ne comptent pas les positions perdantes en cours, donc ils vendent les profits et laissent courir les pertes... résultat ils affichent du bénéfice alors qu'ils sont en -30% en perte... Bref, j'irai pas jusqu'à dire que c'est une arnaque, mais c'est un très mauvais service !

Terrible service, they show you profitable trades when you go onto their demo platform and each week send charts of most of their providers always being positive. I used 3 different providers and within less than 6 months my account got liquidated. £10k down the drain. Contacted them multiple times to complain and no phone calls back. Their charts are miss selling. Looks good on the service but they are not showing the losses correctly!

I chose 2 strategies (Volt and Major) with a capital of 2200€. During multiple months I didn't touch anything, letting the bots totally free.
Well today I discovered that my entire capital is gone...
I hope that my experience will save you some money.

Of the 4 providers followed, 2 failed during 2 months. Immediately new ones with false history appeared in their place. Providers opening trades at the stupidest points you can imagine, start losing money, then new trade in the same (losing) direction, after that double volume trade in the same direction.
I think these traders are from a roundup in a pub.
Not worth it, I lost 20% in 4 months.

Get away from duplitrade!
I tried multiple providers and lost money with each one of them! Trades open at the stupidest points you can imagine, start losing money, then new trade in the same (losing) direction, after that double volume trade in the same direction. Works some times (Trade close with minimal win, but because of no stop losses they will soon burn all of your money on trends against your trading direction!

I can't recommend this service.
I have been using the service for 16months, during which time I have followed 4 traders. The trade duplicate part of the service works well, but the traders are not reliable or consistent. All 4 traders have blown their accounts during this time. None of them set stop losses (the easiest way to protect your balance), instead opting to hedge trades when the market moves against them in the hope it comes back. This to me is gambling, I learnt the hard way, be warned.

Poor strategy used by their traders. I am they have picked their traders from streets. They seem to have no experience at all. lost 2200 GBP today although i closed the trades myself failing which i would lose everything in account. Multiple same direction trades opened back to back too short time despite the clear indication that the market is headed opposite direction.

Customer service is useless. They do not care to talk or explain what their future strategy is going to be.

Avoid this. Peace of mind is better.

This is a total scam. Profits that they claim to make do not exist. Even though they claim to make money, more than 60% of my money has been lost. Just don't do it.

I too am a victim of the software glitch at Duplitrade on 17th June. Made huge loss in my account.
They are not responding to any emails. They are a total scam and fraud.

Duplitrade has arranged to refund the full amount of loss due to the software glitch. My opinion about them was wrong....

Duplitrade reported a "glitch" in their system over a week ago which resulted in 123 trades (opened and closed) on my account in a 25 minute period.

I was told by my account manager Johnny that my account would be credited with the loss by last Wednesday 19th June. When this hadn't happened I emailed Johnny again. He replied washing his hands of the problem and said I would need to contact their support.

I have emailed them and copied Johnny three times but still no response.

The lack of customer service and communication re this problem is as concerning as the problem itself.

I am part of an investment forum where many others are in a similar situation to myself

Still no refund to my account for the losses and no communication about the plan for resolving this issue. It' over 2 weeks now since it happened
