I am experiencing a serious problem with DuraMarkets.
3200 USDT was transferred from my MT4 account without my knowledge or consent. The system shows this money has been transferred to my MT5 account, but I cannot see or access this balance on the website.
I DID NOT MAKE THIS TRANSFER and did not give any approval.
This situation is extremely concerning, both in terms of security and the protection of customer funds.
I have contacted the support team, but so far no clear explanation or solution has been provided.
My request:
An urgent investigation into this unauthorized transfer
A full refund of my 3200 USDT balance
My MT4 account number is 502401
A clear explanation of how this happened
I advise anyone considering using this company to be cautious.

I have been using them for over a year…
I have been using them for over a year with no issues. I think most of the negative feedback they do get are from people who just lost their money and are blaming the broker. They process my withdrawals within 1-2 hours and have great spreads.

DO NOT USE THIS BROKER
DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT use this broker. They are a scam broker. I used them for a few months and they are complete liars. They have no honor whatsoever. They steal at every turn. Any chance they get they will try to steal money from you. But the main issue is their character. These are the type of people that lie and have no problem doing it.
The guy Chris Adams is not even Chris Adams. Its a made up name. This guy is the definition of a liar. This guy will lie to you at any cost.
I am telling you right now, DO NOT DEPOSIT any money with this broker. On top of that their leverages are not accurate. They have a risk based system that lowers the leverage. So they claim to give you 500:1 but its half that.
But the main concern is if these guys close shop you will never see your money ever again!! Like many of these scam brokers they take advantage of people. Bottom line DO NOT deposit one penny. They will try to bait you with an 800% bonus but they will not tell you that the bonus does not apply to your actual trades!!! Its a fake bonus.
I am telling you, they just stole money from me today and tried to say it was "gas fees"... but like many of us we can look at the blockchain and see the actual amount they sent. It literally says it right there in case you did not know. But these guys will swear they sent you the amount they claim.
They have no class, no ethics, no honor....
I am warning you do not deposit money with them
Lastly, like someone else said here all these reviews are fake! Go with any other broker but these guys.
