Absolutely terrible service from Durex. Ordered on 26 May, and after 13 days I still haven't received my order. Tracking has been stuck on "Out for Delivery" since 30 May with no updates. Multiple messages and callback requests were completely ignored. If delivery takes this long, customers might as well buy from a local store. Extremely poor communication, zero accountability, and a very disappointing customer experience. This was my first and definitely my last order from Durex.

Bought from Amazon and I think both companies are at fault. The package arrived super damaged and opened inside a good delivery envelope together with other valuable products that was in good condition. I bought a 40-pieces-package and couldn't return it because it is a "personal care" product. Just imagine this.. your employees at Durex and Amazon somehow switched the Condoms with fake or damaged products and I'd have to bear all the HUGE consequences from the risk. THESE ARE CONDOMS FFS, WHAT A SHITSHOW!
