The team at Dutch Cargo Bike are brilliant, their service is amazing, very responsive, going above and beyond to help. I purchased a Riese & Muller Load4 60 E-Cargo Bike from them 18 months ago, and live 3,000km away on the other side of Aus on the south coast of WA - but it felt like these guys were just down the road. Helped via email and phone, providing great support and service. I absolutely love the bike, it's changed me and my dogs life so much for the better. It's not cheap, but its so worth it - if you can afford it then it's a total no brainer as it is brilliant, so easy to look after, exceptional quality, its absolutely perfect. Done 6,000km in it on and off-road, in rain/ wind/ sun/ night-time/ along the coast / through town, with not a single problem. ...except losing my key!... which Yoga at Dutch Cargo Bike sorted for me too :) I'm so happy these guys have set-up this shop & service in Australia. So grateful for their support, especially being so far away with no local help in a small regional town.

Unfortunately not a good experience
Unfortunately not a good experience. Bike paid for 23/02. Courier delivery set for 25/02 with agreed delivery to my home. Dutch Cargo then organised delivery to a "nearby depot" around 45km from my home.
After speaking to Yoda, this was apparently re organised to my home address. A week after they have my $12000, nobody (including their choice of courier) seems to know exactly where my bike is and despite 3 failed delivery deadlines I am unable to get a refund.
This business has some pretty poor systems in place, that results in a poor customer experience. If you live close and can pickup items may be OK, but be very wary of trusting them to courier high value items.
No apologies or delivery refunds offered despite the poor experience.

To clarify the timeline from our side: payment was received on 19 February and the bike was dispatched on 23 February. Big Post / Northline attempted delivery on 27 February, but the larger vehicle wasn’t able to access your property. They then arranged re-delivery using a smaller truck, and the bike has since been delivered.
We agree the missed ETAs and lack of proactive follow-up from the courier was not acceptable and not the standard Dutch Cargo Bike aims for. We’ve lodged a formal claim with Big Post / Northline regarding the communication and service issues.
On the refund point: once an order has been dispatched and is in transit with the carrier, we’re not able to accept a refund request until the item is returned to us.

My orange I:Sy love it
While the wait for the bike was long the final result was worth it. I love my I:Sy orange adventure bike. The staff at the Dutch cargo bike were always helpful and friendly. The delay resulted in a better bike than I first ordered and provided more options in colour. I was assured by the staff that the initial noise of the motor would wear in and that was true. The bike is whisper quiet.

Whole new world....
I have been biking riding for a few years, and have become interested in E-bikes, mostly to maintain riding as I'm old.
Researching several brands online I found the Dutch Cargo store.
When I visited the store, I was impressed straight away with their range and I was able to test ride the E-bikes which I was interest in.
The DC team's relaxed and knowledgeable approach made a choice of E-bike easy.
I purchased the AMFlow PL E-bike and love it....
It's a whole new world!
