It looks really cool. The staff are very friendly. They respond within 12 hours, which is also very cool. Delivery unfortunately takes a bit long, but otherwise it's cool.

Absolutely unrealiable
Absolutely unrealiable, i like the hoodie and just want it exhanged as I got the wrong size , sent countless emails and messages and yet no response. I normally don’t review companies but they are just shocking :/

MASSIVE SCAM
MASSIVE SCAM! Spent over £50 on two hoodies which arrived weeks later and the quality is disgustingly shocking. Cheap, crap SHEIN-like material. They absolutely stink of chemicals.
Have contacted them twice now asking for a refund and left a comment on their instagram to which they BLOCKED me and are ignoring any form of contact from me which is literally ILLEGAL.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Reiner Scam! Niemals dort bestellen! Ich habe dort bestellt und es ist nie angekommen. Es schreibt zwar jemand zurück wenn man ein anliegen hat, aber es wird einem nicht geholfen. Fallt bitte nicht auf diese Website rein!

Every order that is successfully received and paid is always shipped with tracking, and in cases where a delivery issue occurs, a refund is issued without exception.
