Delivery in 2 day. Don't even get Amazon delivery that quick. Shoes look genuinely good quality. Will see how long they last. But from first impressions absolute value for money.

You cancelled my order with no reason

You cancelled my order with no reason, still awaiting refund. And the continued to ask me what i think of what i ordered, and what might go with it

Thank you for your review.

This order was cancelled because the person placing the order, was using someone else's payment card.

This is in line with our advertised fraud prevention procedures and 3D Secure Best Practice Guidelines.

Where an order is placed using a payment card that does not belong to the person completing the purchase, we are required to cancel it. This is a standard security measure used by retailers to protect cardholders from potential unauthorised transactions.

In situations like this, we are also unable to correspond with the person who placed the order, as we must prioritise the security and privacy of the cardholder. For this reason, communication relating to the payment can only be directed to the cardholder themselves - because you used your own email address, we were unable to correspond with the Cardholder.

A full refund was processed following the cancellation, and the cardholder should receive this back to their account in line with standard bank processing times.

We appreciate your understanding that these measures are in place to safeguard our customers and ensure transactions are conducted securely.

Everything is fine except exchange

I got the dress I'd ordered, it was really pretty but too big for me. I went to the shop to exchange it, I needed the dress for an event, they took my phone number and said the would come back to me when they a smaller size. I have already been waiting for their call for 2 weeks now. So, delivery was good, the dress lovely but if you want to get another size or colour, here problems start.

I have always loved DV8

I have always loved DV8. They have such a great selection of womens and mens clothing and footwear. DV8 provide excellent value for money.I wish they were in Cork city again as I miss the shop experience but the website is great and but from their website now.

Unexpected Find

As a male, DV8 was a store that I assumed was a store for womens fashion. I was looking for a shirt for my daughters communion and was informed that DV8 had some lovely male clothes. I browsed their website and found a perfect shirt to go with a suit I own. The size, fit and design were perfect. It was a last minute purchase, and I dont mind saying it was with Klarna. The cost of the shirt was great.

I will be definatly be purchasing more clothing from DV8.

Easy to order

Easy to order, plenty of choice, competitive prices, and good discount, easy payment plan available. Arrived quickly, kept posted on delivery. Love my new pink Doc Marten sandals. 🙂

Baby pink KAIIA Hoodie

I purchased a baby pink ‘KAIIA’ hoodie from DV8 recently and my order arrived within the time I was told upon ordering, I was regularly updated via email on the progress of my order and overall I love the product and I will definitely purchase from DV8 again in future!

Unfortunately I ordered shoes and pay uk express delivery in two days and they dilated my order for 7 days . Unprofessional
