Loved these jeans
Loved these jeans, im roughly a 12 sometimes a 14 and I like my jeans short, to stop before the ankle. I ordered a 31s and they fit like a dream. I will order them in another colour. Love them!

They're trustworthy!
I'd never heard of this company before, but they had a particular slipper that my mum had asked for that was no longer sold elsewhere. I decided to give them a shot, and I'm glad I did! No problems whatsoever. Shipped next day, arrived quickly, well packaged (in shoe box & mailer), and invoice was double-checked inside which I always appreciate. The slippers were very well priced and I'm sure my mum will appreciate them on christmas day. I'd happily order from them again. 💚

Insanely fast postage
Insanely fast postage. Can’t remember what day I ordered but basically ordered on day 1 in the evening and received on day 3. So pleased to be able to get some Tally Weijl products in the UK - wish they had more of a selection but anything is better than nothing. Easy to navigate website. Really can’t fault my experience. Would definitely buy again.

Bad customer service
Bad customer service. Cancelled my order because they “ want to avoid a situation where we end up dealing with a prolonged customer service issue” this was regarding me choosing express delivery
Regarding the answer: no I did not chose the wrong one I chose express delivery and wrote you cause I saw I hadn’t been charged enough and was making sure it was right in case the website was lacking. This is where you answered that you just cancelled my order

It is disappointing however that the review omits so much of the context of why your order was cancelled.
Your order was cancelled as you had in fact selected the incorrect shipping method, potentially leading to a situation where your international package would be delivered after you had left the country.
You had advised us that you had intended to select the Express option and needed the package to be delivered within 5 calendar days (4 Working Days) at which point you would be leaving the country.
You had in fact, selected the Economy Shipping option which delivers in 8-12 Working Days meaning that the package was estimated to be delivered between 6 and 12 calendar days after you had left the country.
Given the time-sensitive nature of your request and the risk of the parcel arriving after your departure, we made the decision to cancel the order to avoid further complications (examples: customs clearance, signed for delivery etc).
We also invited you to place a new order using the Express option and provided guidance on the likelihood of timely delivery.
We always aim to be clear and proactive in our communication, especially where delivery timelines are concerned. Unfortunately we couldn't guarantee delivery before you left the country - something that is somewhat beyond our control.
If you have any further issues regarding this order please feel free to reply to the last email that we sent to you and we will be happy to provide you with a further response there.
