They don't answer any emails back. I got screwed on a claim from them and cant get ahold of them. DO NOT USE

This company is the biggest scam, they take your money and they will never answer the phone , be careful this is not a legit company

Not sure what the guy below is saying but I just got paid close to what my original quote was, obviously your negotiating with insurance companies and they like to low-ball. They least helped me get close to what I was demanding from at-fault insurance company

These people charge $400 to generate a diminished value appraisal report that once presented to the insurance company, it has absolutely no value. The insurance company disputed the accuracy of the report and came back with a settlement amount 73% lower than what this company concluded on their report. They will come back and tell you several times that they will advocate for you, that they will negotiate for you but it is all talk and no action. I put them to the test asking them to back me up, but all they do is talk about what they'll do but won't do a thing for you.
You'll get charged for nothing, totally useless and worthless. They also claim and advertise on their homepage that they are accredited with A+ ratings by the BBB when they're not even listed.
Save your money and the aggravation, this company is a total fraud, a scam.

This Company straight up lied to me. They said they need my payment method just to get a Diminished value estimate. If I like the estimate they can proceed with services. I was promised a 24-48 hour service. We'll, they charged me. Then once I contacted them, they was rude and asked me not to call and or leave anymore messages. I haven't received any service from them since. "Don't Make the mistake I've done."#ScamLikly

I got quoted from a guy who said that the diminished value would be $4000. Then they come with their experts and tell me it's only $800. There was even frame damage on the car. After some communication they did issue me a full refund.

I see this group as a fraud and they just take the money and they will never respond after taking the money. There was a small open question from the insurance company for more then a week I am doing all kinds of follow-ups with no response.

I am open to share the proof of emails / payments and their response (no response) after multiple follow ups.

Started looking into doing a diminished value claim after my BMW was rear ended. At first I thought it wasn't worth the trouble. Ended up contacting DVGOAT to learn more and thank god I did. After that all I had to do was sign, and I received a check 10 days letter!
Spare the headache, use DVGoat! Not worth dealing with insurance personally

Some professional service we got from DVGOAT. I never heard of diminished value until I started googling it and I found this company, Some idiot hit my brand new Tahoe at an intersection, my suv diminished in value a-lot, I got money back tho thanks to dv goat, I appreciate your team!!!!
