Very Disappointing Experience – Order Never Delivered

I absolutely do not recommend this e-shop. I placed an order worth €210 on January 23rd, and I paid for it in full, but as of today, I still haven’t received my package. The lack of delivery and communication is very disappointing. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from here.

Great experience

I recently ordered from this site and everything went smoothly. The product was exactly as described and the quality was really good. Shopping was fast any the packaging was neat. Overall, a very positive experience. I'd definitely order again.

Bought the black bodysuit here on a whim and now I want to live in it. It’s soft yet structured, sexy but totally wearable. Threw it on with jeans and a blazer and instantly felt more confident.

The quality of the products is really good!

I ordered 2 bodysuits, gloves and a pants. The quality of the products is really good. They fit my body perfectly and they weren’t loose at all. It hugged my body nicely and looked exactly like in the photos! I’m super happy with them and I got many compliments!! I definitely recommend this brand.

Didn’t think lingerie could make me…

Didn’t think lingerie could make me feel this good. The silk mesh set I picked up here fits perfectly, and the black color is just chef’s kiss. This isn’t just underwear, it’s a whole energy shift.

Whenever I wear them out, I get that “wow”

Ive bought a few pieces from DVNT, and I honestly love them. Their styles are so unique and every piece fits like a glove—they really know how to design for that perfect fit. Whenever I wear them out, I get that “wow” effect, and people always ask me what brand it is. It’s definitely something that makes you feel amazing and turns heads in the best way.

The mesh lingerie piece I found in this store fits better than anything I’ve tried elsewhere. The seams feel strong, the texture is gorgeous, and it’s actually comfortable on my skin. That combo is rare.

could not reach them to return,product awful

This brand seems real,but when I got the stockings ,they had absolutely no stretch,its like something from the 60's so odd,so I wanted to make a return and they never answered my emails,no customer service,dont buy

We truly understand how disappointing it can be when an item does not meet your expectations, and we are sorry that this situation caused frustration.
We would like to kindly clarify that, according to our company policy — which is clearly and transparently stated on our website — hosiery items, including stockings, belong to hygiene-sensitive products. Under applicable consumer protection regulations, such items are not eligible for return once delivered, for sanitary and safety reasons. This policy exists to protect all customers and is standard for intimate and hosiery products.

That said, despite the above, we would like to emphasize that we did go beyond our standard policy. On January 18, our customer support team contacted you by email and provided return instructions as a goodwill gesture, offering to proceed with a return once the item is sent back to us.
At this moment, we are still waiting for the item to be returned. As soon as we receive it, we will immediately process the refund for the product that did not work for you.
We kindly ask you to proceed with the return using the details already sent to your email, so we can finalize this matter as quickly as possible.
