Since joining the course, I’ve learned an enormous amount—not only about Etsy, but about running and growing an online shop in general. The amount of information, strategy and practical guidance provided is absolutely worth the price of admission.
Of course, no course can guarantee that a shop will be successful. You still have to put in the work. But the strategies and tools to help you build momentum are absolutely there for the taking. If you’re willing to apply what you learn consistently and with discipline, you can and will see real results!
I’m very glad I made the investment and would recommend the course to anyone who is serious about growing their online business.

There is a wealth of information provided by Dylan and her team (to the point where sometimes it feels overwhelming, like drinking from a fire hose!) but all of the lessons are broken up into small chunks and are easy to implement step-by-step. I'm not seeing all of the results I had hoped for quite yet but I know these things take time so continuing to work through the course and hoping for great success in the long run!

I am in my third month in the course. The course provides real actionable steps to improve visibility. The course has so much depth I can see that I will be picking and choosing each step hierarchically, and circling back for more info to drill down on fascinating next steps each month.
For the first month I was drowning, cleaned out dead listings, trying to create and optimize everything in 10 new listings, as I tried to start working on old listings. By the second month I added 10 new listings made my way through SEO modifications but was unsure I was doing it correctly and needed some guidance. I booked a shop review with Cierra for the end of August, to get feedback on revised listings to check that I was doing the changes directly. Her guidance was in depth, and it included simple to follow guidance on current and next future steps. She also sent a 3 page printed summary of guidance on the call. Guidance is broken down by area. In the meantime my visits and views by mid August that had been in single digits started to creep up in tiny baby steps, breaking into double digits teens. And I got 2 sales.
After Cierra’s call, I decided that doing all revisions at once on a listing to update it, was too slow a process, with too many different learning curves. So I decided to modify all text revisions on all listings as a first step. I made a spreadsheet page for text revisions, with columns as follows: product name, title, description (first 2Sentences ), tags, alt text, shipping time and costs. And learned how to navigate Chat GPT for LT keywords, title suggestions, tags description sentences from title. By the end of August, I finished all text revisions on the spreadsheet for all 58 listings and started a new product line with 5 listing items to start. I also started a sale for extra stimulus. (25% off when you spend over $100). On Sept 3, got a sale of 2items.
I am now starting a spreadsheet page for photo revisions, and am determining min. photo types for the columns, from the course guidance and Cierra’s summary, so I can plow ahead efficiently.
This is the best investment I have made in my shop! And considering that signed up for this at a time when I was totally broke, that is saying something! Looking forward to picture array optimization step with a completion date by end of September. I am tying the task of relabeling of product inventory boxes, now that titles have changed to the picture spreadsheet, so I can find the products at time of sale!

The wealth of information in the videos alone is staggering. Add in the coaching and the weekly calls? I feel so fortunate to be able to take advantage of all this knowledge. But it was a good lesson that you don't always need a lot of eyeballs if you are offering what your ideal customer is looking for. I tried on my own and had zero sales, after starting the course and actually starting to implement what I learned everything started to change.
In my first month using the course I had 4 sales after just 5 listings (1 week after listing them) and those listings received 12 favourites. I had more interest and activity in my first month versus the full 18 months I tried on my own.

I am very behind on the course and my shop is a mess but I find the support and course to be really helpful. I am working on a schedule to get me on track and looking forward to using Etseo, also.

I like having multiple opportunities to ask real humans questions and get consistent feedback from them during calls and messages. There is so much material available in different forms so no matter how you learn, there is information for you.

I have been using this Etsy Course for a little over a month now. Dylan’s program really does work. Last month I got 800+ listing optimized and made a 1k in sells. I am doing better now in my Etsy shop than I was when I was running Etsy ads. My views are even higher now than with running Etsy ads.

I am only taking the courses, but through the open coaching videos and things from Dylan I’ve been able to learn about optimizing my Etsy shop. Primarily, I am using the etSEO platform and it’s super user-friendly! If someone who’s been struggling with trying to find the keywords to be optimized, this took all that pressure off.
