I came to Dynamic Life Clinic – Al Barsha specifically asking about Pico laser for facial pigmentation and eyebrow tattoo removal. I contacted the clinic about Pico laser and was given Pico laser pricing.
Later, I discovered that my treatment was performed using a Helios Nanosecond 1064 nm laser. I was not clearly informed before purchasing the treatment that a different laser would be used.
The treatment was extremely painful, and some treated areas bled, including my eyebrows and chin. After the facial treatment, my pigmentation became noticeably darker.
I also experienced a significant skin reaction after using the whitening cream provided by the clinic, including burning, redness and peeling, so I stopped using it.
I contacted the clinic several times and requested a refund, but my issue has not been resolved. I am now pursuing the matter through the relevant authorities.
I am sharing my experience so that other patients ask exactly which laser device will be used and what treatment they are paying for before purchasing a package.

I underwent four Pico laser sessions at Dynamic Clinic but did not see the results I expected. The last session caused some skin burning and left a small scar, despite my careful adherence to all aftercare instructions. Overall, I am disappointed with both the treatment experience and the outcomes. The only positive aspect was the nurse assisting me, who was genuinely kind and caring throughout the process.

I went there for weight loss injections . They said they have to do blood test and the cost for 2 wegovy injection plus the blood test will be 5000 dhs plus 250 vat . I asked if any discount : they said no it s the best price they can give me but she can give me one session of Venus legacy free to try !!! Which I did not want !!! I don t know why I paid and got the injections !! After I left I checked and everywhere else same injection was something between 750 to 800 dhs !!! Since then I tried to contact them and reason with them to charge me a fair amount and return the rest of my money but they refusing and keep offering me other packages !!! It was a daytime robbery and I was such a fool to believe them without checking the market price !

i recently researched about this clinic and visit all the way to Dubai for a PRP Treatment. Was Highly Pleased with the professional staff and quality of the services in a good budget! highly recommend anybody travelling to dubai for cosmetic procedures :)

Everyone was supportive, including the front desk girl. I also loved the way Dr. Zein explained what needs to be done for my warts, and the practitioner who did my warts removal was also nice. I recommend this place to everyone.
