I recently purchased a Spirit recumbent…
I recently purchased a Spirit recumbent exercise bike from Dynamo Fitness Preston, and after a fairly long wait, I’m very happy to finally have it delivered, professionally installed and ready to use.
A big thank you to Lucas, who provided fantastic customer service. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Spirit bike, happy to answer my questions and explain everything, and did a great job with the installation and making sure everything was properly set up before leaving.
The one area where I feel the overall experience could have been better was communication while I was waiting for the bike to arrive. I understood that the bike was coming from overseas and that this meant there would be a considerable wait. Delays can happen, particularly with imported equipment, and I was prepared for that.
However, updates on the progress of my order were fairly limited. Most of the time, I needed to email Dynamo Fitness myself to ask where things were up to rather than receiving proactive updates. When you’ve made a significant purchase and are waiting a long time for it to arrive, even a short email every few weeks letting you know the current status would make a big difference.
That said, once the bike arrived, the delivery and installation experience was excellent. Lucas was professional, friendly and knowledgeable, and the bike was installed and set up properly.
Overall, I’m very happy with my new Spirit recumbent bike and the service I received from Lucas. With a little improvement in communication and regular order updates during longer waiting periods, the overall purchasing experience would have been even better.
Thanks again to Lucas and the team at Dynamo Fitness Preston.
After all that waiting, the bike is finally here — so now there really are no excuses! Time to start pedalling, put some kilometres on it and make the most of my new Spirit recumbent bike. 🚴♂️

Choose delivery and setup unless very strong.
Purchasing online was easy
Delivery was exceptionally fast but I didn’t realise it’s only to the kerb and I didn’t realise how heavy and difficult it would be to move and setup. I think you need to make it more clear on the web that it needs to be moved and set up if you don’t choose that option when purchasing online. It was pointed out after delivery that the option was there however I didn’t see that option so that needs to be much clearer.
