I purchased this beautiful Esina bracelet at the end of July. When you order online, you are never certain what the product will look like. I certainly was not disappointed, it's a stunning bracelet. Prompt delivery of online order, but one out of three compliment toppers arrived with a small chip out of the middle of the stone. Took the topper into my local store the next day and had to settle for a replacement topper of the same kind with a dent in the outer metal surround because it was the last one in the store. The salesperson did not offer any other solution to the issue after I pointed out the damage in the replacement. Not particularly impressed - good thing it was a sale!
Very much appreciate both the online response to this review and the phone call I received in regard to it with the offer to attempt to get another replacement topper for me from Denmark. Even if they are unsuccessful due to end of line stock issues, I at least feel now the company has done everything they can in this situation. Thank you.
