I bought the V12 Slim vacuum in November 2022. It worked fine for a year, then in 2024 the motor broke and I sent it to be fixed. After less than a year, beginning of 2025 the motor broke again! Exact same issue. I contacted them via email and they refused to respond. In the end I managed to talk to an operator on Whatsapp which said that they are not doing anything if the warranty certificate expired. I talked to the authorized service in Romania and they asked for 853 RON to fix it which is A LOT of money. I told Dyson that given that this is a recurring issue with their motor and it broke each year, they should cover the repair and ensure better parts. Not fixing it themselves knowing their product breaks down is a foul and unethical business practice, especially for a brand that is considered Premium. The colleague that talked to me from Dyson was just rude. I regret ever buying their products and I wished I saw the reviews sooner.

Produse scumpe cu eficiente mediocre. Am comandat un ventilator turn. Ma gandeam ca va fi ceva profesional si calitativ. Am returnat produsul. Renumita firma Dyson nu lucreaza cu firme mari de curierat , ci cu Posta Romana pentru retururi. Au trecut 3 saptamani de cand a predat coletul la posta si inca nu am primit nici un raspuns. Pare o tzeapa totala compania asta.

Ordered Dyson airwrap complete long volumise and product arrived without diffuser. Customer support was contacted and I received 4 different information. I still paid for an accessory that I’ve not got it due to different reasons.
Disappointing service, lack of offered solution and long waiting time.

They do not sell replacement vacuum batteries in Romania. Every other country, yes, but not in Romania (as usual).

I tried contacting support about my failing V8 Animal's battery... they had no solution. Batteries "aren't in stock now" (they never are, the link just leads to a 404 error every time!), and for some reason they don't service them either. The implication was to buy a new vacuum...

It's a pity because the product is unmatched, but it's still not worth it if you have to get a whole new vacuum every two years. No to mention the environmental damage that would cause.

Worst place to buy something from!!! Very hard to contact them. And they are taking a long time to process a refund for a product that was refused upon delivery. They are investigating for 3 weeks now. There are a lot of other better options to buy Dyson from. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!

Un dezastru, am cumparat acest aspirator GEN5DETECT, cel mai scump din gama, 1000 euro, pe 4 decembrie 2023, era defect, Dyson a recunoscut ca e o problema, mi-au cerut sa-l inlocuiesc sa il trimit inapoi prin posta romana !!! de atunci nu am noutati... nimic, nici email, nimic… am vorbit cu Dyson de mai multe ori, tot nimic, nu sunt in stare sa-mi dea acest aspirator!! Un produs de lux cu un serviciu din preistorie. Cum se poate asa ceva ? cum putem sa pierdim atat timp ? am platit o suma urias ca sa nu am probleme, este o catastrofa. De 2 luni dyson imi spune ca voi fi contactat, nu s-a intamplat nimic.

Am vazut raspunsul dvs. Am cumparat un produs Dyson si sunt in contact cu serviciul Dyson Romania. Cred ca indiferent de unde cumperi un produs Dyson, clientii trebuie sa stie cu ce vor trebui sa se confrunte in cazul unor probleme cu produsele lor. Voi posta feedback pe toate canalele de vânzări Dyson.

8 februarie 2024, la 2 luni de la returnarea unui Dyson Gen5 (la recomandarea Dyson), cel mai scump din gama, pentru nefunctionare, inca nu am noutati, iata raspunsul de azi „Ne pare foarte rău, organizație, pentru că este responsabil de procesul proiectului, se ocupă de orice problemă pe care o poate avea.

Astăzi, confruntat cu absența totală a lui Dyson fie să mă ramburseze, fie să-mi trimită un dispozitiv de înlocuire, mă văd obligat să merg în instanță. Imaginează-ți, cumperi un produs de lux, foarte scump, și te trezești nevoit să apelezi la un avocat pentru a recupera un aspirator... Înainte de a cumpăra un Dyson, luați în considerare cu seriozitate alte opțiuni.

I have ordered a vacuum cleaner V15 on 3rd of November (payment made by card). After about an hour of making the ordered, I contacted the call center and let them know that I am no longer interested in the product and that I would want to cancel my order. They told me I have to wait for the product to arrive (from Germany). 8 days passed and the product arrived (11 of November). I refused the order and arrived back to their warehouse on 27th of November. It has been almost a month and I still have not received my money back. Based on their policy, they have 15 days from the day it arrives back to them to send back the money. After the 15 days passed, I called them. They told me they made a request for me to make the payment more urgent and in maximum 5 days I shall be contacted by financial dept to get my money back. 7 days passed since that day and I still have not been contacted nor received my money back. I contacted every single day the call center and asked to speak to a supervisor or someone competent in answering my questions; all the answers I receive are "we cannot do anything, you just have to wait". Absolutely DO NOT recommend. I would not advise even my enemies to order from them. Degusting experience talking to their call center. They even told me once that it's my fault that I am too impatient to get my money back and that's why it's taking that long.
